The Villa is located in Urb. Leventina on the perimeter of the picturesque village of Sitges at a sufficient distance to ensure you a peaceful stay but close enough for walking (1/2 km) to the many beaches, yacht port, and entertainment/restaurants/clubs of your choosing in a 15-25 minute walk. Or, you can take the shuttle bus to RR station & beaches from outside the villa to Sitges centre, arriving within 5 minutes.

This is a classic Spanish villa with an emphasis on casual comfort where you and your friends & children can party without fear of breakage of delicate furnishings. You enter the house through a private gated drive which leads to the front door entrance or entry through the 2 car garage..The villa features a private swimming pool, a most welcoming terrace with dining for 10 and providing shade while preparing food on the BBQ , all surrounded by a paved patio and an array of plantings arranged on several terraced levels and lounge chairs for sun bathing.The Villa boasts a perfect view of the Med Sea & Sitges centre from the living room and bedrooms In addition, there is a fully equipped Spanish cellar (bodega) that accommodates more than ten people for special gatherings.

The Costa Brava/Catalonia region

The first story opens to a centre hall and a wooden staircase. On the left of this hall, you'll find the French styled dining room with fire place, conveniently situated next to the cozy kitchen with vistas of the sea. To the right of the hall, a double panel door opens to the magnificent, air-conditioned living room with a terrace overlooking the sea and sitges centre . Another door leads to a completely independent bedroom with en suite bathroom-shower.

The second story features three spacious bedrooms- the master bedroom with en suite bathroom plus dressing room. There are two other tastefully furnished bedrooms, both with balconies with views to the sea, both sharing a full sized bathroom with bath/shower. There is also a large utility room with washer, and ironing equipment for your convenience. The top level is a very large loft with sleeping accommodations for 3 adults or 4 children.

The house is tastefully decorated with comfortable classical furniture and all the amenities that are expected in a property of this caliber.
