The building is new and the apartment measures 35m2. “The lift gives you direct access inside the apartment” where you find a nice and comfortable living area with one double sofa bed, dining table for four persons and a kitchen with all what you may need for a pleasant stay. There is one bedroom with two singles beds and one full bathroom with shower.

In the summer, the place is full of people going to the beaches, but it's worth visiting at other times too, because of its characteristic charm and the plethora of fish restaurants. Due to its ideal location, this allows him to arrive walking in few minutes through the pretty Marine Stroll at the Olympic Vila.
