AREA 1: It contains 2 bedrooms, 1 balcony, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen.
It is situated at the front of the building, which contains a bedroom, which can be separated by a sliding door (you get 2 bedrooms) to give privacy for those who wish. The bedroom has two single beds in one part and double sofa bed in the other part. Both parts are connected with a long and narrow balcony with two big doors. The bedroom has two big built-in-wardrobes (cupboard), two TV, two A/C, and overall external view. It is very luminous.
AREA 2: It contains the dining room with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom, 1 balcony.
It is situated at the back of the building. There is a dining room with a table for 8 persons and a large balcony with wooden floor and a table and two chairs (wood too). The dining room has a double sofa bed as well as two single beds and a bathroom. It has a cupboard, TV, A/C, and overall external view. It is very luminous.
SECOND LEVEL:
It is the Attic. It contains 2 single bed, 1 double sofa bed, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room, 2 terraces with wooden floor and 2 wooden tables with 4 bench.
From the first level there is a staircase leading up to the second level. The attic is fantastic, luminous, quiet and airy. From the terrace there is a staircase leading up to the solarium (3RD level).
THIRD LEVEL:
It is the Solarium. Spectacular rooftop private terrace with splendid city views. There are 6 chairs, 2 bench, 5 Hammock.
