This holiday rental is a spacious duplex apartment distributed over 130 square meters, families, groups of friends or business people of up to seven persons can easily rent it together. The apartment has four bedrooms, one master bedroom with its own bathroom, another bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each. The fully equipped kitchen leads into the spacious living room, that provides enough space to sit together and relax. The highlight of this vacation rental is the 70 square meter roof terrace and the private balcony.
Strategically located in the charming district of Gracía, right next to Parc Güell this apartment is a five minute walk away from two metro stations that directly take you downtown. The yellow line, station Joanic also takes you to the beach within 10 minutes. The green line, station Lesseps takes you to Passeig de Gracía, Las Ramblas and also directly to the Fira and conference grounds of Barcelona within 10 to 20 minutes.
This elegant rental perfectly fits into the Bohemian Gracía district it is located in. You will find a lot of nice restaurants with local cuisine, tapas bars and a very typical nightlife, less touristy than in downtown Barcelona and perfect for an unforgettable and authentic stay in Barcelona.

This apartment is located in the modern and safe bohemian district of Gracia. Once a town on the outskirts on Barcelona , Gracia was enveloped in the expansion of the Exiample but it was not converted into a grid. It has retained its character a charm and is a perfect place for families. It is also hot point of nightlife with bars and restaurants on every corner.
Gracia is a completely unique area filled with a culture of individualism and dissent. It is well known for its yearly festival in August when all the streets are decorated and live music fills the area. The presence of artists reinforces the Bohemian spirit. There are lots of small squares and public gardens. Take the time to have a drink at the most appreciated terraces in the city.
How to get there
-Fly to Barcelona airport and take the shuttle bus to Plaza Catalunya in the centre of Barcelona. -When flying to Girona airport with Ryanair.com, there's also a shuttle bus taking passengers to the centre of Barcelona for 22 euros the return ticket. -From the bus stop in Barcelona city centre a taxi would take you to the apartment within 10 minutes. -Public Transport in Barcelona is very well arranged, the nearest metro stop to this apartment is Joanic (yellow line, 4).
