The kitchen is fully equipped, and the house heated, with a parking space for one car. It has a private pool for you to make full use of, a barbecue, perfect for those summer evenings. It is stylishly furnished and has a terrace on which to relax - and when you can draw yourself away from the house, you will find a surrounding area with plenty to do and see!

The Costa Brava/Catalonia region
In the North of Catalonia lies Costa Maresme, filled with seaside villages and long wide beaches. The Costa Maresme has become one of Spain and Europe´s most popular family holiday destination. Suitable for children and the elderly, it offers an ideal tranquil, restful holiday.
The Maresme Cost is between BArcelona and Blanes (Costa Brava), is clean, sandy beaches washed by crystal, shallow waters. Lying between the sea and the mountain range are wide open areas, home to tranquil villages and fields of crops ranging from vineyards and olive groves to carob, hazelnut, almond trees and vegetable-garden crops.
A short drive to the east and you are in the wooded hills of the pre-Pyrenees, with trout-filled streams feeding environmentally protected lakes - like the one in Banyoles - offering a welcome alternative to the coastal beaches.
The area was home to artists like Miró, Gaudi and Dalí. There are a lot of monuments and galleries about this artist.

Barcelona itself is a feast of culture and architecture, from the mellow atmosphere of Las Ramblas to the modernised waterfront and the spectacular unfinished Cathedral. It also has wonderful beaches, and beautiful sunshine, so there is something to suit all tastes!
El Masnou is only 8 km from Barcelona, and has more than 3 kilometres of beautiful beaches. They are clean, with sandy beaches making it popular with locals and tourists alike. It is a wonderful summer destination, and is extremely attractive year round. There are many historical buildings and museums, as well as many parks and gardens. There are also a wide range of restaurants to suit all tastes, including traditional Catalan and Spanish cuisine.
There is a golf course nearby, a horse riding, a sailing club, the beautiful port of Masnou, a water park - Isla Fantasia, tennis and wonderful restaurants.
