This beautiful property has 3 floors, and 4 bedrooms (one en-suite) and comfortably accommodates 12 people. It is light, airy and beautifully furnished for a fantastic holiday - a place where you can relax and unwind, but is close to all amenities, and only a short walk (300 metres) to the beach.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and the house heated, with a parking space for one car. It has A Jacuzzi 2 x 2 exterior, perfect for those summer evenings. It is stylishly furnished and has a terrace on which to relax - and when you can draw yourself away from the house, you will find a surrounding area with plenty to do and see!

The Costa Brava/Catalonia region

Barcelona itself is a feast of culture and architecture, from the mellow atmosphere of Las Ramblas to the modernised waterfront and the spectacular unfinished Cathedral. It also has wonderful beaches, and beautiful sunshine, so there is something to suit all tastes!
El Masnou is only 8 km from Barcelona, and has more than 3 kilometres of beautiful beaches. They are clean, with sandy beaches making it popular with locals and tourists alike. It is a wonderful summer destination, and is extremely attractive year round. There are many historical buildings and museums, as well as many parks and gardens. There are also a wide range of restaurants to suit all tastes, including traditional Catalan and Spanish cuisine.
There is a golf course nearby, a sailing club, the beautiful port of Masnou, a water park - Isla Fantasia, tennis and wonderful restaurants.
How to get there
Fly to Barcelona, and catch the train to El Masnou. We are situated only 8 km from Barcelona. There are regular trains between Barcelona and El Masnou - every 15 minutes. * Fly to Barcelona airport - El Masnou is just 25 km from the airport. * Fly to Girona-Costa Brava airport - El Masnou is just 100 km from the Girona-Costa Brava airport. * International train station (BARCELONA-SANS) El Masnou is just 20 km from the international train station.
