This apartment has been recently renovated. The apartment is located at 600m from the beach in the charming district of Barceloneta, near the city centre (Born area).

It has 1 bedroom with double bed and 2 with two single beds in each, a luminous living-room, completely equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and a toilet.

It can accommodate up to 6 guests, ideal for families or groups of friends wanting to enjoy the sea and the city.

Additional Information:- To access the bathroom there is a 20 cm high step

- Only for adults over 25 years old and/or families are accepted.

- Parties in the apartment are strictly not allowed.

- It is very important to respect the noise level (people, music) during the whole stay.

City tax:

2.4750 € per night and person will be added to the total price.

- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
