Home description

The whole house is available for rent. This way you have total privacy of a detached house in over a 3/4 of an acre of private garden for you to enjoy. At your disposal you have your own private tennis court, large swimming pool, car park and garage, patio and large flat lawn for recreation for the family i.e. football or play. The great thing about renting this whole house is that it has a luxury ground floor 3 bed self contained apartment. Some of your family or friends can enjoy complete privacy downstairs from the rest of the party living in the main house above. The whole house can sleep up to 19 people (7 bedrooms = 14 plus 1 sofa beds, 2 bunk beds, extra bed in master bedroom = 19pax ) This luxury estate is more like a small boutique hotel that you have the private use for you to entertain friends and family.

The area is called the Penedes. It is famous for its wine. Most people have heard of Cava (Spanish Champagne) well this is where it comes from. The local city of Vilafranca is beautiful with an abundance of shops, markets, restaurants and wine bars.


Barcelona / Torrelles De Foix area

Torrelles de Foix is a small wine village with local shops for all the basics and a couple of lovely restaturants are close by.

The beaches of Sitges is easily accessible for a great day out and are well supplied with umbrellas, sun beds, cafes and great fish restaurants for fresh fish and paella. Barcelona is also a great day out as is the theme park Portaventura for the kids all within 1 hour by car. The house is so well equipped you have everything to keep you happy....the perfect mix of peace and tranquility in the mountains. Barcelona, Stiges and Portaventura all within easy reach by car.

SECURITY DEPOIST: A fully refundable security deposit of 500€ is required on arrival subject to our terms and conditions. You can choose to pay this credit card or cash. A full refund will be returned to you on the safe collection of the keys on departure (subject to loss or damage to the property). We require a copy of your passport and two current household bills as proof of identification. You can fax these to our office on +44(0)1702 348628 on booking.

CHANGE OVER DAY: On arrival you can take possession of the property from 2pm. If we have no prior guests, you can arrive at the property from 11am onwards. Our property manager will meet you there with the keys. If you are arriving outside working hours there is a optional 40€ out of hours charge for our property manager to greet you or you can collect your keys from our security code box. On your leaving day you will be meet at 10.30 by the property manager and he will make an inventory check of the property and request payment for any additional services rendered. You will need to vacate the property at 11am in time for our cleaners to prepare the property in time for new arrivals.
