This large and unique top floor apartment is the ideal place to spend your holidays in style and comfort. Its enormous 50 m2 split-level living area is surrounded by windows on all four sides and has sliding glass doors opening onto two terraces, with pleasant views of greenery and glimpses of the sea in the background. Both terraces are completely private and not overlooked by any other building. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and there are three bedrooms, one very large double with an extra single bed, a smaller double and a twin room with two single beds. Two of these also have double glass doors opening onto the terrace. The modern bathroom has just been tastefully refurbished. The TV has a wide range of UK channels. There is a brand new public pool and sports centre 5 minutes walk away.

The Costa Brava/Catalonia region
The apartment is conveniently located just 5 to 10 minutes walk away from the lively and cosmopolitan town centre of Sitges and the railway station and a further 5 minutes from the beach. A brand new public pool and sports centre is 5 minutes walk away. Sitges itself is a mere 30 minute car or train journey to the popular city of Barcelona to the north and the historic city of Tarragona to the south. Alternatively if you are a nature lover you will be in heaven discovering the hundreds of acres of beautiful unspoilt natural parkland just inland from Sitges. With Sitges just a short commute away from Barcelona, and an excellent transport system (trains that leave every 10 minutes almost around the clock) it is possible to stay in the relaxing holiday atmosphere of Sitges and at the same time enjoy all that this popular cultural city has to offer by day or night.

For those who don’t know it Sitges is a Spanish resort with a difference and a far cry from the noisy typical resorts of the Costas. It has been fashionable since the 1890´s, when it became an avant-garde art world hang-out attracting writers, painters, intellectuals and artists as a home and inspiration for their work. It has also been one of Spain´s most anti-conventional, anything-goes resorts since the 1960s.
Nowadays Sitges appeals to everyone from jet setters to young travellers, honeymooners to weekending families, Barcelona night owls to an international gay crowd. It benefits from a micro climate with an average of 300 days of sunshine a year. There are 17 beautiful sandy beaches, there’s a lively nightlife if you like to party and there are lots of groovy boutiques if you need to spruce up your wardrobe as well as an impressive range of authentic restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets.
Sitges is also renowned for it’s many Fiestas and awesome firework displays.
How to get there
Barcelona airport is 30 minutes away and is easy and cheap to get to Sitges by regular trains and buses. Girona airport is about 2 hours away and Reus is about 1 hour away. A car is not necessary but can be hired at the airport or in Sitges itself.

Further details indoors: This very spacious apartment is originally and tastefully decorated and has wooden floors throughout. There is central heating, air conditioning and ceiling fans in the main living and dining area for your added comfort. The bedrooms located in the cooler part of the property all have fans. Two of these bedrooms have large double glass doors leading onto the terrace which can be left open safely at night. The apartment is furnished in a minimalist but rustic style.
Further details outdoors: There are two ample size private terraces reached through double glass doors either end of the living room. One gets the morning sun and is ideal for breakfast with views of greenery. The larger terrace has views across the greenery with the sea in the background. Both terraces are not overlooked and so ideal for private sunbathing! There are also two comfortable deck chairs and two sunbeds provided. Around the corner is a bakery selling fresh bread and pastries and a small supermarket were you can stock up on supplies.
Further details
Payment is made into a Spanish bank account by transfer. A 30% non refundable deposit is required within 7 days to hold your booking. The balance is due 2 months before arrival. A small damage deposit is also required and provided the apartment is left in good order is refunded back into your account at the end of your stay.
