About the home

A gorgeous, luxury 4 double bedrooms villa with all modern conveniences. The villa is on 4 levels,

The first level has an independent studio room, en suite with satellite tv, the second level has 1 double bedroom (view over the pool) and 1 family bedroom with 2 single beds and a double bed (with a juliet balcony over the pool and panoromic views to the sea). There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need. There is a huge luxury living room/dining room with satellite TV/Wifi and views to the pool and to the sea. There is a bathroom with a massage bath and shower. Leading from the living room is a massive terrace with a swimming pool, 3 alfresco dining suites, sun loungers and fruit trees and plants.

The third level has a studio suite, with a kingsize bed, own terrace with amazing views to the sea, a dressing room area and luxury bathroom. There is a tv with uk satellite channels.

The villa is located in Sitges - all amenities and the beach- everywhere- shops, train station, restaurants and bars are within a 7 minute bus ride or a leisurely 20 minute down hill walk..

Ideal for families, Couples, friends and business groups.

The furnishings are luxurious and the villa is equipped with 3 TVs and a Dvd for guests use- with digital TV for UK channels. on all floors. There is also access to WIFI for those guests with laptops.

There is an intercom system to allow you to buzz in guests/visitors..

There is central heating, ceiling fans and electric fans. There are floor to ceiling windows in most of the rooms to maximise the amazing (wow factor) views over Sitges and the sea. .

The Villa is over 4 floors and there are stairs to both entrances (no lift).

Further details outdoors:
There is one huge terrace around the pool with sun loungers, sun shades, alfreso dining, BBQ, basket ball net and inflatables for the pool. The views are amazing, with panoramic vistas of Sitges, sea and views of the old town and church.

The villa is detached so lots of privacy and there is plenty of outside parking.

The terrace from the dining room area has roof coverage and there is a lovely private balcony off the studio suite and a garden outside of the studio apartment . There is extensive foliage, with mature fruit trees e.g. Lemon, lime, olive and Tamoric.

There is a introduction pack available for guests with lots of useful information on places of interest, good restaurants and bars etc.

In the peak season months from June - August, Easter, half term and Christmas the minimum stay is one week with Saturday check ins.

An English speaking representative is available for meeting and greeting and any questions.

We also provide a provide catering service for those that want to eat a high quality 3 course meal in the villa - either Italian or Mediterrean - for less than the price of eating in a restaurant .

The Costa Brava/Catalonia region

Sitges is a chic, beautiful seaside resort just outside of Barcelona. It is at the northern end of the Costa Dorada, which stretches from Barcelona to Tortosa. The Costa Dorada, or "Golden Coast" is famous for its long sandy beaches and Sitges has plenty of them!

Sitges has plenty of historical sites- it was once a quiet fishing village that has grown into a cosmopolitan, popular holiday resort.

For the active there are water sports all along the Costa Dorada, including Sitges, Barcelona and the surrounding towns. For families, a day out to Universal Studios "Port Aventura" theme park and "Costa Caribe" water park (located just outside Salou) is a real treat.

The Barcelona / Sitges area

Sitges is a historic town situated 36 kilometres to the South of Barcelona, only half an hour away,. There are a variety of boutiques, bars, shops and restaurants to be found..and plenty of locations over looking the sea.

There are a number of beautiful beaches, from the long sandy popular beaches of Playa De La Ribera and Platya De Sant Sebastia to the quieter and more rugged sandy beaches of Platja De Balmins and Platja De Aiguadolc. There is also a fabulous Marina at Aiguadolc - with lots of high quality fish restaurants - with views over the sea and marina. . There is a luxury golf course, followed by a series of smaller, more secluded coves, whose rocky beaches include the Playa de los Muertos, reputedly the first gay beach in Spain.

Sitges has its own micro climate, so even if it is raining in neighbouring Barcelona, the sun is still shining bright in Sitges. This means that Sitges enjoys a temperate climate all year round..

There is always something happening in Sitges e.g. Carnival celebrations in February, stunning fireworks and street parades in August's Summer Festival, and the International Film Festival in October, which brings the rich and famous of the cinema world to Sitges.

From Barcelona airport it is easy and cheap to get to Sitges by train (approximately 35 minutes) or by bus (25 minutes) - with the Mon bus costing 3 euros. The bus stops near the train station - and from there a bus will take you up to Villa TanGi - (7 minutes and bus leaves every half an hour - quarter past and quarter to the hour )If you prefer to take a taxi from the airport, it should take around 25 minutes and cost approximately 60- 65Euro. We do know an English speaking female cab driver- who is lovely and very knowledgeable who can do the journey for 50 Euro.

We had a fantastic time at Villa TanGi- It was like a home from home - but with the advantage of constant sunshine and amazing views to the sea. We didnt have a car but the local buses were frequent and we enjoyed the walk into town on occasions. - The McDonnell Family- Glasgow

Ideal luxury villa with breath taking views. We decided to treat ourselves one night to an Italian meal cooked by Giacinto- it was fantastic- fresh fish and organic vegetables- highly recommended - Kevin and friends
