How to get there
Apartment located in the most expensive neighborhood in Barcelona city. A wonderful area, really safe and with all the services you may need. The existence of a public transport system (underground, buses and trams) guarantees access to any part of Barcelona and its metropolitan area.
The apartment is 20 minutes away from the airport of Barcelona "El Prat". It is a five minute walk from PADUA tube station. PAYMENT: - 30% advance payment to reserve the flat for your dates (payment by bank transfer or PAYPAL). The remaining 70% is then paid cash on arrival when receiving the keys. - 300 Euros deposit if working full time and flying in and out, against breakages etc which is repaid on the last day of your stay on returning the keys. - Cleaning, towels, linens and service: 75€ charge in every reservation. - Minimum rent: 3 days (2 nights). - Capacity: 1/2/3 people. - Cleaning and change of towels service and sheets available.
CANCELLATION FEES: - Up to 30 days prior to arrival we refund 90% of the reservation fee (10% for bank transfer expenses). - From 29 to 10 days prior to arrival we do not refund the reservation fee. - Less than 10 days prior to arrival we charge 50% of the total amount of rent. - Less than 48h or without cancellation will be charged with the total amount of rent.

Frederick Buckley. November 2007 Exceptional apartment. I recently moved to Barcelona from London, and I couldn't have picked a better place. It's amazing. It's really close to all the places I used to visit as a tourist---the Ramblas, Paseo de Gracia, Diagonal and Downtown Barcelona. It's close of everything in a privileged area, really safe and quiet. So cool to be living in a residential area not to mention they redesigned the apartment! A modern loft lay-out and a stunning sunny terrace with services like Wi-Fi or a flat TV with english channels. I just can't begin to say how happy I am to have found this place. Definitely check it out!
