LATE ARRIVALS: Arrivals between 21:00h and 23:00h have an extra charge of 25.00€, Arrivals later than 23:00h have an extra charge of 40.00€.
CANCELLATION FEES: Up to 30 days prior to arrival we refund 90% of the reservation fee (10% for bank transfer expenses). From 29 to 10 days prior to arrival we do not refund the reservation fee. Less than 10 days prior to arrival we charge 50% of the total amount of rent. Less than 48h or without cancellation will be charged with the total amount of rent.

We stay in Barcelona regularly and like so many other people who venture into this beatiful city, we found finding good value accommodation right in the centre of town almost impossible. That was until we happened upon Flat Barcelona Apartments. It is a small family business, they are the owners. They found us the BRUSI apartment, a beautiful designer loft at a brilliant price which was only 15 minutes away from Las Ramblas and 10 minutes from Paseo de Gracia. The apartment is extremely beatiful, with top end equipment. The terrace in Barcelona is priceless! The level of customer service provided by Fiorella and Joan was excellent and I have already recommended this apartment to all my friends back here in the States. We have now been back to Barcelona 3 times in the last four years and every time the quality of apartment and level of customer service have improved. For a unique luxury apartment in the best location at the cheapest price, contact them, you wont regret it.

Exceptional apartment. I recently moved to Barcelona from London, and I couldn't have picked a better place. It's amazing. It's really close to all the places I used to visit as a tourist---the Ramblas, Paseo de Gracia, Diagonal and Downtown Barcelona. It's close of everything in a privileged area, really safe and quiet. So cool to be living in a residential area not to mention the design of the apartment! A modern loft lay-out and a stunning sunny terrace with services like Wi-Fi or a flat TV with english channels. I just can't begin to say how happy I am to have found this place. Definitely check it out!

After endless searching for the "perfect" place to spend Christmas with my husband, I discovered this apartment. A gem indeed. The apartments is very clean - kitchen is stocked with everything you need - bathrooms are beyond clean - big towels are provided - comfy furniture - air conditioning – huge terrace with table, chairs and umbrella - laundry facilities. The location is excellent, in a quiet area with public transport and all the services you may need. A couple of highlights: La Carreta (located up the street from the apartment) has superb grilled meat. Martin’s is a great bar with a sunny terrace around the corner that also serves great food, strongly recommended! We enjoyed our stay very much - and we can't wait to return next Christmas! _______________________

I have stayed at this apartment a number of times over the last year or so when I have been in Barcelona on business. As others say, the apartment is lovely. The apartment is truly a home away from home. Very spacious, well equipped and extremely comfortable. The first time I was so impressed by the immaculate, bright and spacious living room. Best of all it includes a wonderful large terrace that faces the gardens and the courtyard where you can have breakfast or dinner. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in the city centre, this is the place. Getting there is easy. It is only a twenty minute ride from the Barcelona airport. Karen will check me in, an adorable lady and gracious host, her warm welcome make me feel right at home. On future trips to Barcelona I will always return to this apartment. I cannot imagine being happier or more satisfied anywhere else.
