Home description

Cute and stylish apartment located in the Ribera - Born neighbourhood, in the historic city centre. It is located in an old typical building of this area, in a narrow and charming street. The Ribera - Born area is charming, bohemian, cosmopolitan, artistic and historic. There are so many small and good restaurants, fashion shops of local designers, bars with terraces, "bar de tapas" and nice pubs.
It is quite and lightly because it is in a third floor. As most of the buildings of the antique Barcelona, there isn't lift but i think the apartment worth the effort.
It is very communicated by public transport with two metro lines (L1 and L4) and several bus lines.

Barcelona city has become a very welcoming city, modern, cosmopolitan but without losing its history, culture, modernist architecture nor its friendly way of life of its citizens.
The weather in Barcelona is very pleasent, not cold in winter not very hot in summer.

Gothic area - Plaza Catalunya. The centre and the best area of Barcelona, the heart of the Barcelona. Its narrow streets, its history, its antique buildings and palaces, its small and lovely shops, its centenary theatres and Operas, its typical "bares de tapas" and local restaurants,...
All the Gothic area is a "must seen" area: Portal del Ángel, Las Ramblas, the Cathedral, the "Palau de la Música", the "Plaza Real", the Raval area, MACBA museum, the Born area, Santa María del Mar church, the Picasso museum, the Port, Columbus monument, the Barceloneta and beaches. Also the Plaza Catalunya area, Paseo de Grácia and its luxury shops and modernistic Gaudí buildings (la Casa Batlló and La Pedrera).

How to get there

I suggest to take the airline companies Esayjet, Ryanair, Iberia, Clickair or Vueling.

The apartment is only 5 minutes walking to Plaza Catalunya, Passeig del Born, Picasso museum, Arc del Triomf, Santa Catarina market, Ciutadella park, Barcelona's Cathedral, Santa María del Mar church, chocolate museum,... And it is only 10-15 minutes walking to beaches or 5-10 minutes by bus!

20% pre-payment is required to confirm the booking (usually by bank transfer).
Upon receipt of pre-payment, a document of the BOOKING CONFIRMATION will be sent, along with other information regarding the the apartment, location map and directions of how to get there.
Outstanding balance will be taken on arrival (in cash) before the apartment keys are given.
There is no specific time for arrival and departures, we are flexible to your flight schedules.
Only arrivals after 22:00 will have an extra fee of 30 Euros.
