The house is located in a natural resevat, and the urbanisation have around 100 properties. The area is known for its famous wine and cava production, and you can find many bodegas and wineries to visit and explore the spanish country side.
The house was constructed in 2007, with a rural and modern design. It is full equipped with all needed accommodations and facilities for a great vacation with the family or friends. The Costa Brava/Catalonia region
Plana Novella is in the urbanization of Olivvela. It is located 25 kn from Barcelona by highway, and 6 kn up through the mountain from the highway (C31 or C32). It is also very close to Sitges, a famouse village for its beaches, restaurants, shopping and nightlife. The whole area is known for its wine and cava production, Penedes and Freixanet among many others, and tours and testing is offered by moste of the. The climate in the area is very delightful. In summer time it can get very hot and humid, and on wintertime the humidity can make it feel more cold than what it actually is. But up in the mountains, the weather is more solid and it is not as much humidity or low temperature as by the coast. The days are hot, but windy, which makes the hot summer sustainable, and the nights are pleasant.
Barcelona / Sitges area
Barcelona is a cosmopolitan city with a lot to offer, only 25 km fron the house. On each side of Garraf, you have Sitges, which also is a populare destination, and on the ther side you have Castelldefells, with beautiful long sand beaches and good restaurant. In Ceastelldefells you may also find the train station that takes you to Barcelona in 25 minutes.
How to get there
The house is located in the mountains of Garaff, located 25 km from Barceloona, and 6 km from the beach. Car is needed because there is no public transportation to and from the mountain. Recommended car rentals are Avis, Hertz and EuropCar.

Further details indoors: The house have one suite, with kingsize bed and own bathroom. On the top floor, there is four bedrooms, one with two single beds and a bedsofa. The three remaining are king size beds but two of them can be converted into singelbeds. All bedrooms have large windows with incredible views to the mountains of the natural parc. The interior of the house is all new, with a mix of modern and rural design. Kitchen is fully equipped with all needed facilities, two ovens, two fridges, washmachine and other complementary tools to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There are two large livingrooms, one together with the dining room and the other on the lower level of the house. Both are equipped with large sofas, TV and music player. Thre is a separate washing room, and an extra place for dining in the bottom flor, close to the BBQ.
Further details outdoors: The house has a large garden, with a large terrace tthat goes around the house, so you can sit and enjoy the sun and the view were you best enjoy. There is a large pool and sunbeds available on one side of the house, and on the other a place for BBQ and a stone oven to make bred and pizza!
