Barcelona / Las Ramblas area
A cultural centre, Barcelona has important museums and an intense cultural life, as welll as a hectic nightlife. Medieval villages are spread nearby and can be reached for day trips. The city is welll connected by public transportation to nearby villages with important historic, cultural and religious features (Monserrat Monastery among others). French border and Pirenée region easily accessible by car. A lot of winery routes with spanish best wines to taste.
How to get there
The best way to get there from the airport is by taxi for 20 to 25 euros. You tell to the taxi driver to go on the famouse Ferran street with Avinyo st.
If you want to take the aerobus from the airport for 3,60 euros you go to Plaza Catalunya and then you can walk by the famouse Ramblas until Ferran st. turn left and 3 minutes until Avinyo st.
By metro Line 3 Liceu theatre station. By bus. Lines 59, 45, 17. By Train: Plaza de Catalunya.
