Barcelona city has become a very welcoming city, modern, cosmopolitan but without losing its history, culture, modernist architecture nor its friendly way of life of its citizens. The weather in Barcelona is very pleasent, not cold in winter not very hot in summer.
Barcelona / Eixample area
Eixample is the most characteristic area of Barcelona. It is plenty of shops, restaurants, "bares de tapas", banks, pharmacies,.... It is very well communicated by public transport. There are one metro line (L1) one minute to the apartment, several bus lines and airport bus. Places to visit around : Paseo de Grįcia (modernist buildings like La Pedrera, Casa Batlló,..), Gran Via street (bars, cinemas,...) and street market "Ninot". It is only 10 minutes walking to Plaza Universitat, Las Ramblas and historic centre (Gothic).

Conditions
20% pre-payment is required to confirm the booking (usually by bank transfer). Upon receipt of pre-payment, a document of the BOOKING CONFIRMATION will be sent, along with other information regarding the the apartment, location map and directions of how to get there. Outstanding balance will be taken on arrival (in cash) before the apartment keys are given. There is no specific time for arrival and departures, we are flexible to your flight schedules. Only arrivals after 22:00 will have an extra fee of 30 Euros
Refundable breakages deposit of 200 Euros required on arrival, to be refunded on the last day rental or within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Da qui č possibile visitare tutta la cittą a piedi(comunque nella piazza c'č anche la fermata degli autobus e del metrņ). Ci sono molti negozi, bar e ristoranti nelle vicinanze.
