Amasing, lovely, spectacular apartment. Located in a bi-centreay building, we have renovated te apartment in February 2007. It is at the same time a very practical and comfortable apartment but also a very charming, lovely and welcoming. Located in a pedestrian street, it is very quite and sunny light. Located in the best area of Barcelona, the heart of the city, the neuralgic centre, the Gothic area, just one minute to Las Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya, Palau de la Musica, El Liceo, the Cathedral, the Born area, Plaza Real,... and also just five minutes to Paseo the Gracia, La Pedrera and Casa Batlló (the most famous Gaudí buildings), Gran Via and the Eixample area. Also, only 5-10 minutes walking to Barcelona beaches.

Barcelona city has become a very welcoming city, modern, cosmopolitan but without losing its history, culture, modernist architecture nor its friendly way of life of its citizens. The weather in Barcelona is very pleasent, not cold in winter not very hot in summer.
Barcelona / Gothic Quarter area
Gothic area - Plaza Catalunya. The centre and the best area of Barcelona, the heart of the Barcelona. Its narrow streets, its history, its antique buildings and palaces, its small and lovely shops, its centenary theatres and Operas, its typical "bares de tapas" and local restaurants,... All the Gothic area is a "must seen" area: Portal del Ángel, Las Ramblas, the Cathedral, the "Palau de la Música", the "Plaza Real", the Raval area, MACBA museum, the Born area, Santa María del Mar church, the Picasso museum, the Port, Columbus monument, the Barceloneta and beaches. Also the Plaza Catalunya area, Paseo de Grácia and its luxury shops and modernistic Gaudí buildings (la Casa Batlló and La Pedrera).

Further details indoors: It has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a big kitchen-office and salon. It has two balconies, it is very sunny light.
Further details outdoors: Very well communicated by public transport (there are 5 metro lines, several bus lines, aero bus direct to Airport, Train station,..) just one minute walking from the apartment. Although it is fourth floor with out elevator, it is worth to rent it and live the real life of Barcelonian antique and nowadays people.

Conditions
20% pre-payment is required to confirm the booking (usually by bank transfer). Upon receipt of pre-payment, a document of the BOOKING CONFIRMATION will be sent, along with other information regarding the the apartment, location map and directions of how to get there. Outstanding balance will be taken on arrival (in cash) before the apartment keys are given. There is no specific time for arrival and departures, we are flexible to your flight schedules. Only arrivals after 22:00 will have an extra fee of 30 Euros
Refundable breakages deposit of 200 Euros required on arrival, to be refunded on the last day rental or within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
