Barcelona

YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD

The Born closed around 1971, when the wholesale produce market was moved to the outskirts of Barcelona. Then, the neighborhood went into a decline until about the 1990's when art galleries and shops started moving into the neighborhood.

The past decade has been the BOOM of the Born District. Many sought after flats from both local and foreigners have made this neighborhood one of the trendiest and coolest in Barcelona. You will find it easy to move around this neighborhood. There are great restaurants, cute boutiques, designer and upscale shops and an overall wonderful ambiance.
