Great apartment that will make you feel like at home. That apartment has a unique atmosphere with its originals walls and it’s fully covered with parket. The american kitchen and the big living room gives you one unique space to share time and conversation when someone is cooking in the living room there is also a bright balcony that gives you a open door to the city. The first thing you will notice is the TRANQUILITY of the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave-oven, toaster, washing machine and all the dishes and plates you may need. The cosy bathroom is equipped with shower hidro massage. The living room has a special touch equipped with wifi INTERNET ADSL access (bring your own laptop) FLATTV 21” Philips and Playstation2 with games and his comfortable sofa. It has 2 bedrooms, both with double bed and with a wardrobe to put all your clothes. The the apartment is equipped with electric HEATING for the winter and AIR CONDITIONING for the summer. We also provide you an iron and ironboard. A the beginning of the stay we supply you with clean towels and sheets. All costs are included.(water and electricity). The building is equipped with a LIFT.

The building has been completely renewed and installed the elevator in the 2002.

It is easy to find a place where to have something to drink near the beach. In addition to the Chiringuitos, that are open the whole summer, permanent establishments in the Olympic Port can be found (metro: Ciutadella – Vila Olímpica), in Joan de Borbó Avenue (metro: Barceloneta) or in the Ramblas(metro: Liceu).

Paseo de Gracia, the Rambla Catalunya, Pelai street and Portal del l'Àngel form the commercial axis of Barcelona, where you will find the stores of well knoun designers. If you prefer to buy everything without walking too much you can go to thedepartment store of El Corte Inglés or to one of the Molls of Barcelona.

From the airport: Taxi: 25/30 minutes depending on traffic. aprox. 30/35€ AeroBus: Aprox. 25/30 minutes. The aerobus stops in front of every airport terminal. Departures every 10 minutes. The rates includes all taxes and consumptions (electricity, gas and water). A 40 euro for end cleaning fee has to be added at the end price. Arrival time conditions: 25 Eur extra charge for arrivals after 21h, 35 Eur after midnight In case a stay of 2 nights the rate per night is 10 % higher than the indicated above.
Security Deposit. A deposit of 150 eur is required the day you come.This deposit is refunded at the departure day after checking the apartment. To make the booking of the apartment 25 % total amount should be payed.We can only block the apartment for you in case the 25 % has been received at our account. We accept payments with bank transfer of funds or credit card payment.
Payment Policy: The remaining 75% is done when you arrive at the apartment and keys are delivered. This payment is always done in cash in case you need other option of payment, please feel free to ask before arriving.

Guest Apartment’s Opinion Great place to stay; close to everything, escrito por: Maria I stayed in Barcelona for a month and it was great having this apartment to come home to. It has all amenities, was nicely designed, and was in a great location. I dealt with a great guy named Joan who was very accommodating and advised me on general knowledge of the town. It has a balcony. It was great being able to step out in the morning to feel the sun shining. In my opinion, it was better staying at an apartment like this versus a hotel because you feel more at home as if you were a local. The metro was very close but you probably wouldn't need it because everything is walking distance. In my opinion, it is in a central location (close enough if you want to go those places.) Restaurants, supermarkets, farmacias, and locuturios are all nearby. My favourite spot, Montjuic Parc, was nearby and great to go to on the weekends. I would definitely recommend staying at this apartment.

Was so comfortable to stay there. Also a metro station is close to the apartment. A walk to the "rambles" takes only a few minutes. If I come back to Barça one day, I will try to stay in this apartment once more again!

The apartment was clean and comfortable and located just off the Paral.lel metro stop in a great location just outside of centre city. There are plenty of shops of all shapes and sizes with anything you could want. I worked with Joan, who is a very nice man and willing to accommodate your needs. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Barcelona for 1 night or 1 month!

Arranged a last minute taxi pick-up for 4:15 am on a stormy rainy night when the local taxi drivers would not get up early and go to work. Excellent for walking and exploring Barcellona.

Die Wohnung ist sonnig, absolut ruhig - unbedingt ein Vorteil in dieser wuseligen Stadt - und dennoch zentral: zu den Ramblas läuft man ca. 10 Minuten, zwei Metro-Linien sind um die Ecke.
