The apartment is located in a traditional building, which is a modernist work of art. It is part of the urban morphology of the old town of Barcelona. The recent refurbishment respected and totally restored the interior and the modernist façade dating from the late nineteenth century. As a result, the building has no lift available.

How to get to the flat from the Airport?
- By TAXI: Barcelona has 11.000 taxis which are easily identifiable by their yellow and black colour. It takes between 15/20 minutes to reach the apartment. The ride should cost 15-20 €.
- By AEROBUS: This special service is clearly identifiable as you will see its name written on the outside of the vehicle. You will find sign posts indicating the platform outside the Airport terminal. A one-way ticket costs around 4 €. You can buy the ticket in the same bus and pay it with a credit card.
- AIRPORT TRAIN: Situated on the west part of the Airport terminal, offers you a train service every 30 minutes to / from Barcelona “Sants” train station where you can take the underground.
- By CAR: From the airport take main road C-31 (Autovía Castelldefels) until you reach Plaza España. Keep in the same boulevard (Gran Via) straight forward until the Plaza Tetuan, then turn right to Paseo Sant Joan and you will reach the apartment on your right when you can see the Arco del Triumfo (monument).

The representative who greeted us at the property, Julia, was friendly and helpful. She also arranged for a later than normal check-out and a taxi to take us to the airport which was very useful. The apartment, although not overly spacious, was adequate for our needs and was very clean and well maintained. The location of the apartment is excellent. It is on the same street as the Arc de Triomf and the Parc de la Ciutadella and is just a short walk from La Rambla. Many other attractions are all within easy walking distance. |

Good location just round the corner from metro. 2 supermarkets nearby. Kitchen facilities very good. Also good to have somewhere to hang clothes to dry outside.Bedrooms were a good size and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was small, but had a good shower. The air conditioning while good was only in two rooms. Julia and her assistant were very helpful with any queries we had.

The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. We especially loved the location. We did almost everything on foot and for longer distances the metro was only 1min away. The girl who checked us in was very friendly. We weren't quite sure when we were going to arrive. She didn't make a problem of it and told us we could just call her when we were almost there. She also arranged it so that we could check-out later, otherwise we would have had to lug around our bagage all day. We didn't find a dishwasher. However, they have everything you need to do the wash by hand (soap etc...).
Everything was great. All in all it was a great apartment to stay in.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel truly at home. Since it is run by the owner, the check in service was the first indicator of the owners true genuine hospitality which was evident throughout the duration of our stay. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The apartment contained everything you need for a home from home. The towels, the linens and even some amenities were the added extras that made all the difference. Friendly, welcoming, hospitable, clean and comfortable - what more can be said?

This apartment is in a superb location!! easy access into old and new areas of Barcelona. The zone is wonderful, 10 minutes walking from the Ramblas, Catalunya Plaza or the temple of the Sagrada Familia, in addition to many buses and underground. It is brand new and totally equipped. The interesting thing is how quiet it is, since it is open to yard and not to the street (my husband need total silent to sleep, he could not stand even the tiniest noise!). Good value for your money! We will stay again, strongly recommended, no doubt.

It has been my first trip to Barcelona and I definitely will come back. Our stay at the apartment can be described with one word: PERFECT. Nice decoration and full of everything that we need to even cook our meals there. Located on a central zone of Barcelona (we walked from there to la Sagrada Familia, Placa Catalunya, Ramblas, etc). I think it's one of the best choices if you want to visit Barcelona.

PAYMENT: 20% in advance to book (secure payment in our website, and also by bank transfer or PAYPAL). The remaining 80% is paid cash or by card on arrival) + 200 eur security deposit which is refunded on the check out (returning the keys). Check in, fresh towels - linens and service fee: 75€. Capacity: up to 5 people. Cleaning and change of towels service and sheets available.
SOME SPECIAL RATES:
Christmas (20 Dec to 7 Jan) and Easter (1 to 9 April 2012) same rates as for high season - minimum stay: 4 nights.
3 GSM congress: 250€/night (5 persons) - minimum stay: 4 nights, and 2 days before and days after the congress - 175€ per night.
LATE ARRIVALS: Arrivals between 21:00h and 23:00h have an extra charge of 25.00€, Arrivals later than 23:00h have an extra charge of 40.00€.
CANCELLATION FEES: Up to 30 days prior to arrival we refund 90% of the reservation fee (10% for bank transfer expenses). From 29 to 10 days prior to arrival we do not refund the reservation fee. Less than 10 days prior to arrival we charge 50% of the total amount of rent. Less than 48h or without cancellation will be charged with the total amount of rent.
