This beautiful apartment is located in the city centre just 20 min. (driving) far from the Barcelona airport. It is very well communicated; it has metro, tram and bus stations around. A stop of the Barcelona Touristic bus station is just downstairs.

The apartment may not be used as a party space but that of an accommodation for sleeping, eating, relaxing, etc. We emphasize that you look at the house rules thoroughly in order to avoid any future problems. Our main objective is for the client to have a good experience in Barcelona.

We have a 55€ one time cleaning fee.

DEPOSIT: 300 € to be refunded when leaving, if apartment is left in good conditions.

Policies:

BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 30% of the bill by bank transfer .

The remaining 70% of the bill is due on arrival day on CASH.

We cannot accept any check-in without the full payment in cash as requested.

Guestbook

It was really fantastic. The apartment had four bedrooms - a
really nice double with en suite, a small bedroom with a double sofa
bed, and two twin rooms. The lounge is really big with a sofa that also
opens into a double bed. It is really nicely decorated - it was
practically brand new when we went there and we were thrilled. The
balcony was really big, with a view over the communal gardens -
including the swimming pool (which was very cold even in June!!). The
beach is hardly any distance away, and there are a couple of tube stops
nice and close. - L. Border
