Bedrooms: all en-suite. 1 further bedroom next to a shower room. (1 of the bedrooms available as a twin). Most bedrooms have TV and DVD players. All rooms are either air conditioned or have wall mounted fans.
Bathrooms: All bedrooms have a WC and shower, and 1 has a bath suite. Kitchen: Full kitchen with hob and oven large fridge and separate freezer. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine.
Living Rooms: Living/dining room with a large 12 seater dining table leading onto a terrace where further dining space is available with table and chairs. In the living room there is a TV with video and DVD player.
Other: There is a bar/BBQ area on the ground floor next to the swimming pool. Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Bed linen and a supply of towels are available and a cleaning service is provided on a weekly basis. If you require a more frequent service this can be negotiated.

The Costa Brava/Catalonia region
SITGES 15mins DRIVE Coast/Beach Sitges and San Sebastion beaches are a 15 minute drive away and Vilanova is a 20 minute drive. Golf courses are located in Sitges, a 15 minute drive away, with further courses in Vilanova, a 20 minute drive away. Supermarkets and shops are a 5 min drive away. There are several good quality restaurants in the area, specialising in Catalan cuisine. Good shopping is available in Sitges and Barcelona.
Barcelona / Sitges area
The pretty and bustling seaside of Sitges is a 15 min drive away, and there is a limited daily bus service near to the villa. The centre of the Penedes wine growing area is Vilafranca which is a 10 min drive from the villa. The small hamlet of Olivella is 5 mins away where the local tourist office can advice on walking and cycling routes. Barcelona is a 30 min train ride from Sitges.
