It is located on the fourth floor of an elegant building with elevator where the concierge service from Monday to Friday. This holiday apartment is also perfect for two couples or a family, there are two doble beds , one with king size bed and the other with two single beds.
Located in the Eixample district, Paseo San Juan apartment has tiled floors typical Catalan making it very cozy, reflecting this rustic Catalan style that has been kept  although the apartment is completely renovated. If you are going to choose this apartment for your holiday in Barcelona, ??you will feel very comfortable and it has everything you need during your stay, short or of a longer duration.
The apartment has TV, DVD, HI-FI, air conditioning, heating and if the guests need is Internet connection in WIFI.
The dining room has plenty of light through the balcony which is accessed directly from this room. There is a very large comfortable sofa, a coffee table, and on the other side there is a wooden table with chairs for all occupants. The dining room walls but in the other rooms of this holiday apartment are also very unique because in some sections the original stone has been kept.
