The open plan living/dining/kitchen area provides ample space to relax and kick-back after a day in the city. In front of the living room you have direct access to your own privat 30m2 terrace. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you might need to prepare meals.
There are 3 beautifully bedrooms each with comfortable double beds and wardrobe space. There is a comun bathroom with shower in the hallway.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned with heating in winter and comes with wi-fi internet.
Joaquin Costa is a lively pedestrian street next to the Contemporary Art Museum. It is also only a few minutes walking from Ramblas, Placa Catalunya, Passeig de Gracias, the Gothic Quarter and the Boqueria market. It is the perfect location if you want to discover the city by feet!
The three double bedrooms makes this apartment perfect for families and smaller groups. For larger group we have also more room available in the same building.

The Costa Brava/Catalonia region


The region of Catalonia has a lot to offer. If you want to go out of Barcelona city you can discover one of the small fishing villages in the region or go for a visit to one of the many wineries. There are also several famous monuments to visit by Dali and Gaudi. If you are a golf fan Catalonia, has many good courses. One of the best is the PGA Catalunya golf course next to Girona.
The Barcelona / Ciutat Vella area
The apartment is located right next to Plaza Univerisdad, Plaza Catalunya and Ramblas. It is a perfect location to discover the city by feet, either if you want to go shopping, visit museums or go to the beach.
