About the home

This apartment quite comfortable and artistically decorated with high ceilings and wooden beams, is on the ground floor of a building of the early twentieth century. Its distribution is very functional and ideal for couples or a small family to stay for a few days.

It has a common area with a large window overlooking the street where we find the living room, kitchen and a hallway at the bottom, which gives to a bathroom with shower and a large room. There is also air conditioning and heating. A serene style apartment to relax and take energy to visit Barcelona.

You can reach Las Ramblas 10 minutes by foot and the Feria de Congresos de Barcelona Plaza Espana two subway stops or walk a stroll on the Avenida del Paralelo.
Poble Sec is a historic district of Barcelona, near the Gothic Quarter and Las Ramblas.
Is located at the foot of the mountain of Montjuic and the port boundaries.
Its main street is the ìAvenida Paraleloî to the great tradition local of theater and cabaret, such as ìEl Molinoî, taken recently by the design of varieties and flamenco. Also find large terraces, restaurants and tapas bars like El Jabalí, la Cerveceria Moritz, El Quimet Quimet, etc,
This neighborhood is quiet on weekdays, but weekends are full of great animation.
You can visit the Castle of Montjuic, which is accessible by a funicular. From here you can enjoy the city and the coastal zone. A garden to another pass through the Miró Foundation, the National Museum of Modern Art of Catalonia, Light Sources, The Botanical Garden, the monumental architecture of pregnant Pueblo Espanol, the Olympic Stadium and many other sports and cultural activities.
For businesses, this area is located a short walk from the Fira de Barcelona where do the major conferences in Barcelona. At 50 meters away is the subway station and bus can communicate easily with the Sagrada Familia, La Catedral, El Camp Nou and the rest of the city.

Barcelona’s airport is out of the city, but you can get to apartment in 25-35 min. Either by taxi (around 20 euros) or by the Aerbus, 6€ Euros each. The aerbus is a blue one that departs each 15 min. from the front doors of all the terminals of the airport. You wont miss it. The easiest way to arrive is of course the taxi, but if you come by aerbus you’ll have to get Plaça Espanya and there you’ll be take the subway to “Paralel”. In 53 POETA CABANYES street the groundfloor which is the apartment. Its has a big red color airon door with glass. With those signs you won’t miss it. IMPORTANT: Please tell the driver that you want to get off at the Plaça Espanya. You have to ring the bell before because if you don't, it doesn’t stop. Barcelona map site: www.bcn.es/guia/
