PANORAMIC SAGRADA FAMILIA 6
About the home
You have been exclusively chosen to admire the masterpiece of the modernist architect Antoni Gaudi, la Sagrada Familia, because we have the best view in the whole city. Flats are fully equipped: bed linen, towels and all you need in the kitchen. Air-conditioning, heating, Hi-Fi, DVD player and WiFi internet. We have a cot and a special seat for babies. My name is Artur, I speak English and I live in the same building with my wife Joana so we can help you any time and provide information about the city and neighbourhood. We personally take care of the cleaning and everything you may need during your stay. The flat has two bedrooms, both of them have balconies and the living room has two balconies more that face the cathedral’s main facade. So there is a lot of natural light in the whole flat. The private terrace (120sqm) is just a dream come true for sunbathers and admirers of great views. You have restaurants, supermarkets, and all kinds of services nearby.

The Costa Brava/Catalonia/Barcelona region
Situated in the north-eastern Iberian peninsula, Catalonia covers an area of 32 000 km2 and has 6 million inhabitants.
History, language and a distinct cultural, political and legal tradition have shaped the personality of the country and the people. Nowadays Catalonia is an autonomous community within Spain with a government of its own known as the Generalitat.
Catalonia is a land of rich and varied scenery and has preserved a rich architectural heritage.
The Catalan Pyrenees, with peaks rising to 3 000 m, run along the northern side of the country and are ideal for skiing, hiking, hunting and fishing,
while perfect conditions for nautical sports are offered by the 580 km of Mediterranean coastline, where the tall cliffs and secluded coves of the Costa Brava and Costa de Garraf alternate with the long sandy beaches of the Costa del Maresme and Costa Daurada and the unique natural environment of the Ebro Delta.
Inland lie many fine cities steeped in character, with magnificent historic building, among them Lleida, Girona, Tortosa, Vic and several others. Barcelona, Catalonia's cosmopolitan capital, is one of the most fascinating cities on the Mediterranean, offering a lively cultural life, good shopping, and many sporting events and facilities.
All these factors, together with an established tradition for fine eating, plentiful accommodation and excellent services and facilities, make Catalonia one of Europe's leading tourist regions.
The Barcelona / Central Barcelona area
Barcelona, located at the Mediterranean sea in the very north of the Spanish coast, is certainly the most cosmopolitan and economically most active city in this country. It has always proved its will to be modern, to follow the latest international tendencies or be ahead of them. To the tourist this is evident specially in its architecture, which so well reflects the general approach to life in this always pulsating city.
Barcelona has an old history, and there are monuments of Romanesque, Gothic and Renaissance periods or still before, but most characteristic is what has been built during the last, say, 100 years. Barcelona has been a center of Modernist architecture and is distinguished specially by the works of genial Antoní Gaudí, who together with his great contemporaries gave new and exciting looks to it, but has remained since then at the top of modernity.
