Dear Mireia,

We had a wonderful time at CanCarreres! The house was absolutely beautiful and we loved the beautiful views. You have done a wonderful job with the house and you were very helpful with all our questions. Thank you.

A couple of things I would recommend to make guests stay more comfortable would be:

- A garbage can/container in the kitchen with lots of garbage bags available. Also recycling container would be good.

- more kitchen towels for dishes and cleaning

- dishwasher soap

- shampoo and soap for bathrooms (small hotel size), and toilet paper

- written instructions for operating stove, dishwasher, where to put garbage, recycling, etc.

Hope the above helps. Also, hope you found the house in good condition (a little messy).

Hi Mireia,

1) The bedrooms were fine;

2) The kitchen was a bit disappointing in the sense that there was an electric cooking unit instead of gas, and there were no good frying pans.

3) For 5000 Euro or more, the swimming pool should be in order at all times, but due to the bad weather I understand that is difficult to achieve.

4) We did not understand how to lock the rooms opposite to the house.

5) For a house so big - more keys would be more convenient.

6) A music unit (stereo set with CD and IPOD connection) would have been nice.

But all in all, we really liked our stay and where happy with the accommodation.

regarding this review we took over the pool and we changed the maintenance service company, and now we do it ourselves, because it is so big that it needs special attention at least 3 times per week on summer time.

we also bought some more frying pans

the ipod connection is not already running.

Hi mireia!

I'm really sorry about my late answer, i postponed it and then forget to answer.
But sure I would like to say something about the house!

It was an amazing stay! The house was much bigger then we'd expected and everything was beautiful. The bedrooms are huge and look very good, also the beds themselves are nice and large. Sometimes when you wanted to shower there was only cold water or we'd have to wait for a while but that's almost the only negative point of the house. Further, the swimming pool is also very nice, incl. the beds. Too bad there aren't mattress for every bed. it's also really convenient there's such a big barbecue, we used it four times! The furniture was also really beautiful and nice to sit in. The kitchen is also really big with anything that you will need.

The location of the house is also very nice because it's just a 45 min drive from Barcelona and the same distance to the coast. I would also want to say that Martha was very helpful and was really thinking with us if we wanted to know anything.

I would recommend this house to anyone! It is beautiful and looks maybe, if possible, even better then it does on the site.

Hello

We all had a fantastic time at CanCarreres. We would come again in a couple of years I think.

If we had to find some things wrong so you can make it even better it would be the following.............

In the kitchen it would be better if the BIG gas cooker worked and the top kept switching off and was difficult to use. It would be MUCH better if there was a very large double fridge. We found that with so many people it was hard to know what we had and always people were looking for the milk or the cheese etc etc too many cold places to look haha

We would have loved to have used the swimming pool if it was heated. Your website says swimming pool & Jacuzzi but there was not really a jacuzzi. The website could have a better map to show how to arrive. It might also be good if you have a large group to change the white towels once halfway through the week. We went to the supermarket and bought some washing powder so it wasn't a big problem for us

regarding this review, there isn't a jacuzzi it is a 20 sqm, air pump area inside the same pool that runs automatically every 30 minutes for 5 minutes from 10'00 until 17'00 hours.
