Guests staying in this apartment have the luxury of being within walking distance of the Gothic area and all the sights that this area has to offer.

The Pelayo III apartment has been recently renovated to provide a bright and comfortable space from where you can plan all your excursions around Barcelona. The apartment has been cleverly designed to maximize space. The living/dining area has a comfortable sofa and two armchairs where you can relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The TV and DVD provides some additional entertainment... The dining table will comfortably seat five guests and the fully equipped kitchen, integrated to the living/dining area, ensures that you have a hassle free stay.
The apartment comes with two bedrooms.

One of the bedrooms comes with a double bed and ample wardrobe space to store your belongings. The second bedroom has two single beds.

There is an extra folding single bed for the 5th guest.

The apartment offers two complete bathrooms with shower, washbasin and WC. Fresh towels and linens are provided for your stay.

The Costa Brava/Catalonia/Barcelona region

This part of the region includes the whole area surrounding the city. One of its cultural gems is the most extensive museum to be dedicated to the work of Dali. The Teatro Museo De Salvador Dali is located in the artist's home town, Figueres.

Moving further north towards the Albera boundary of the region, we find interesting towns such as Espolla, Vilamalla, Cabanes, Navata, Darnius. Perelada particularly stands out with its medieval centre and castle, in which the well known and loved summer festivals are held.

As well as enjoying the natural and artistic beauty of this area, sporting visitors can also take advantage of some of the best golf courses in Europe, for example in Torremirona or Peralada.

The Barcelona / Plaza Catalunya area

Passeig de Gràcia is one of the major avenues in Barcelona and also one of its most important shopping and business areas, containing several of the city's most celebrated pieces of architecture. It is located in the central part of Eixample, stretching from Plaça Catalunya to Carrer Gran de Gràcia.

For example, two of the greatest works of architect Antoni Gaudí can be found here – the Casa Batlló and the Casa Milà. Casa Milà has one of the most unique set of architectural features that include undulating walls, iron balconies and a set of chimneys that are modelled after soldiers. Even more unusual is the Casa Batlló which is a building that has no straight lines.

Other architectural wonders include Casa Lleó Morera designed by Lluís Domènech i Montaner and Casa Ramon Casas designed by Antoni Rovira i Rabassa. It is truly the most luxurious, centric and distinctive location in Barcelona.

If you are taking a taxi from the airport to the apartment, the general cost is between 25 – 35 euros and it will take around 30 minutes in normal traffic. Just ask the driver to take you to the address above. There are also buses running from the airport in to Plaça Catalunya.
