Feelathome Gran Via A Apartment is located on the second floor of a typical majestic Eixample’s building with elevator. The apartment has been recently refurbished, preserving elements that give the stately air of the typical houses of the modernist quarter of Eixample, and adding the necessary elements of modernity and design to create a perfect combination that will allow you to enjoy a comfortable stay.
The apartment has one double room, bathroom and an opened kitchen completely equipped. The lounge-dining-room is a bright and spacious room with a balcony which overlooks Gran Via street. The apartment provides accommodation up to four persons, two in a king size bed in the bedroom and two more in a comfortable double sofa-bed placed in the lounge-dining-room.

The apartment is located in one of the main streets of Barcelona, Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, with great communications by public transport with all the interesting tourist points of the city. If you want to go by metro (nearest metro station is 100 meters away) you can get Plaça Catalunya and Las Ramblas in less than 5 minutes trip and any other tourist area in less than 10 minutes trip. In the same way, you can enjoy a 15 minutes walking through the heart of Eixample quarter as far as Plaça Catalunya or Passeig de Gràcia, enjoying the wonders of architecture of catalan modernism.
Barcelona Eixample was planned by Ildefons Cerdà in the second half of the XIX century in response to the need for the expansion of the city, confined inside the medieval walls up till then. The grid shaped urban configuration is the main characteristic, although the stamp of modernism is the main tourist attraction. The main interesting points are concentrated around the Passeig the Gràcia, in the called Quadrat d’Or, and in the Sagrada Familia Temple Church.
