The Vallirana is a modernly decorated apartment. Fully equipped and refurnished, it has two small balconies overlooking the charming streets, two single and one double bedrooms. You can also have dinner in the spacious living room with the doors open to the sunlight, watch your favorite dvd on the flat screen tv, listen to music with the stereo system, or make yourself a Spanish meal!
Located in a calm and safe area in Zóna Alta, one of the most exclusive part of Barcelona city. Down the street, there is a peaceful little "plaza" with shops, a supermarket and trendy cafés. The apartment is very close to Gràcia district and easily accessible by metros and buses. Within walking distance, you will be able to find yourself at almost any of the big attractions, such as Las Ramblas, Sagrada Familia, Parc Güell, and the Tibidabo with magnificent views of the city.

You will also a large 32" LCD wide-screen TV with surround system, hi-fi sound system and DVD. The home has one bathroom with bathtub and shower. Up to 5 people, all of them can sleep in bed and not in sofas.

The Barcelona / Gracia area
Barcelona city centre - Sant Gervasi District
The apartment is located in the most selected part of Barcelona (Sant Gervasi district) where you will find a great mixture of modernist houses and new buildings. The history of the Sant Gervasi district began in the middle of the 19th Century, forty years before it officially joined Barcelona city in 1897. Today the Sant Gervasi district is a friendly, upper class area of Barcelona, made up of quiet, relaxed streets and squares with a lots of parks and greenery.
It will take about 10 minutes to get from this area to Plaza Catalunya and the city centre of Barcelona (Ramblas) by train. Apart from being one of the greenest and nicest districts of Barcelona it´s also one of the safest districts in Barcelona.
Where the streets of Santaló and Mariano Cubi cross, you will find a high concentration of fashionable shops and cafes. This area of Barcelona is well known for its many “chic” bars and discotheques and you will find plenty of choices that suit your taste. At Plaza Francesc Maciá you will meet the cream of the crop of Barcelona's nightlife.

Apartment located in the most expensive neighbourhood in Barcelona city centre. A wonderful area, really safe and with all the services you may need. The excellent comm of a public transport system (metro, buses and trams) guarantees access to any part of Barcelona and its metropolitan area.
The apartment is 25 minutes away from the airport of Barcelona "El Prat". It is a five minute walk from FONTANA, PLAÇA MOLINA and SANT GERVASI metro stations. Plaza Catalunya or Sants stations are a short bus/metro ride or a 15 minute taxi journey away. It is a 5 minute walk from bus stations where you can pick the 16, 17, 22, 24, 27, 28, 31, 32, 58, 64, 92 lines.
The apartment is located in Vallirana street, a calm and beautiful little street which can only be accessed by car by the residents in the area. This means you can enjoy a location with baclony facing the street but still avoid a lot of traffic noise. 10 metres down the street is a small placa where you will find a fruit store, a cute little café and a supermarket for all your necessities. Sometimes you will find a small market here, where bread and local commodities such as cheese and sausages are sold.
The street is close to PLAZA MOLINA, where the two main streets: VIA AUGUSTA and BALMES streets cross. Balmes street goes directly to Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas. You are strategically located in the centre of the city.

The remaining 80% is paid cash or with card on arrival + 200 euro security deposit which is refunded upon check out (returning the keys). Capacity: up to 5 people. Cleaning service and change of towels and sheets available.
SOME SPECIAL RATES: Christmas: 20 Dec to 02 Jan, Easter, 3 GSM congress.
LATE ARRIVALS: Arrivals between 21:00h and 23:00h have an extra charge of 25.00€, Arrivals later than 23:00h have an extra charge of 40.00€.
CANCELLATION FEES: Up to 30 days prior to arrival we refund 90% of the reservation fee (10% for bank transfer expenses). From 29 to 10 days prior to arrival we do not refund the reservation fee.
