With an underground station close by you can easily travel to any of the Spanish city's hot spots, or just walk, as you are just a few minutes away from the Casa Batlo and the Ramblas, both very popular among tourists and locals.

Check-in takes place at our Office located at Ronda Universitat, number 20, 3rd floor, 3rd door. (bell 3o - 3a.).

If you arrive between 9 and 20h Mon-Fr and 9 and 18h on weekends make your way to our office. If you arrive outside office hours and on holidays please call 30 minutes before reaching our office at the following after hours number : +34 617 433 842.
During your check in you will:
a) Fill in our guest form.
b) Facilitate the payment .
c) Provide us with your credit card details OR leave a cash deposit of 150 euro to cover any possible damage that might be incurred to the apartment or its contents during your stay. In case you choose to leave a deposit, it is refunded after check-out, once the apartment has been proved free of damage.
d) Receive your keys and a map with instructions on how to get to your apartment. If you arrive before 13h and your apartment has not yet been prepared, you will be able to leave your luggage in the office and come back for it and for the keys later on.

Please be aware that there are additional fees depending on your arrival time:
- Weekdays: 10€ per each hour after 20:00 (10€ - after 20:00, 20€ - after 21:00, 30€ - after 22:00, 40€ - after 23:00, 50€ - after 24:00 and later).
- Saturday: 10€ per each hour after 18:00 (10€ - after 18:00, 20€ - after 19:00, 30€ - after 20:00, 40€ - after 21:00, 50€ - after 22:00 and later).
- Sunday and holidays all check-ins between 10:00 - 18:00 cost 10€ (20€ - after 18:00, 30€ - after 19:00, 40€ - after 20:00, 50€ - after 22:00 and later).

The Costa Brava/Catalonia/Barcelona region

The Costa Brava is the Mediterranean coast of Catalonia and offers ample beaches and mild climate but do not forget that Catalonia also offers high mountain ranges, the Pyrenees in the north, the curious formations of Montserrat, the inactive volcanoes of Garrotxa, and a wide plain area in the region's centre.

Catalonia has a very marked culture of its own, most evidently of Mediterranean tradition, and is distinguished from most other Spanish regions in several aspects, not at least by its language, Catalonian (although everybody speaks and understands Castilian Spanish perfectly).

Barcelona’s position on the Mediterranean lends it a moderate climate with pleasant temperatures year-round. You’ll find the best weather during May, June & September, when temperatures are warm but not blistering and sun is abundant. Keep in mind that August tends to be a scorcher despite Mediterranean breezes.

The Barcelona area

Barcelona is the capital of Catalonia and also the second largest city in Spain. Sprawled between the beaches of the Mediterranean and the hills of Montjuïc, Barcelona is a city whose personality bursts at every natural seam. With hundreds of bars, restaurants, cafes and club so be prepared to party ‘til dawn and hit the streets with the rest of the city’s nearly 2 million inhabitants.

Barcelona has its beloved Ramblas, a bustling street with a plethora of restaurants, cafes and shops that diagonally traverses the old part of town. Strolling up this avenue will lead you away from the sea and winding cobblestone streets of the old part of town to the wide boulevards of L'Eixample. The Ramblas is the heart of Barcelona, its most populated area at any given hour and the first stop for every visitor.

If you prefer to get away from the worst tourist crowd there are lots of different museums to choose from, parks to visit and even a beach in the middle of the city to soak up the sun on.
