This beautiful 2008 Ibiza style villa is located in La Olivella in the National Parc del Garraf area. It is set on 2000 m2 in a quiet pine tree area. Sitges and it's beaches are 10 minutes away. 10 minutes into the other direction brings you to the famous 'Penedes' wineries and champagne bodegas of Torres, Codorniu and Freixenet. Well worth a visit.
The kids can play for hours on end on the grounds. For your safety the property is fenced all around!
The villa has a spacious living area with very large well-equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, large fridge) and dining area. Washing machine, iron and iron board in the garage. Separate 'office' area with wireless ADSL internet. Satellite TV with German, Dutch, French and English channels. Flat screen TV's, DVD player and stereo set.
Master bedroom with bathroom en-suite and walk in closet. A further 5 double bedrooms for a total of 12-14 persons. 3 more bathrooms. The garden is very extensive, has a big fenced play court.
You will love this spacious villa with it's many terraces, private pool and complete summer kitchen (BBQ, fridge) and sitting area.

Due to Sitges' unique microclimate, this villa has 300 days of sun per year! Ideal for low season getaways.

The Costa Brava/Catalonia region
In the mouth of the Llobregat in Barcelona, Costa del Garraf is a low, abrupt, sandy coast. The coastline along the Garraf massif is dotted with small coves and from here down to the southern part of Sitges it becomes sandy once again.
The climate is temperate and is characterised by mild winters. The sea water reaches a maximum of 26.7 ºC in summer. The most interesting places from the cultural point of view are the museums of Sitges and Vilanova i la Geltrú, the numerous sights, and tourist centres, such as Sant Pere de Ribes and the marinas in La Ginesta and Aiguadolç. The main blue-flagged beaches in Garraf are found in Castelldefels - Sitges: La Ribera, Sant Sebastian, Garraf, Aiguadolc, La Barra, in Vilanova i la Geltru: Ribes Roges and in Cubelles: Playa Larga, Riera Xica.
The Barcelona / Sitges area
La Olivella is located inland, about 8 kilometres from Sitges, St Pere de Ribes and in the national parc del Garraf, a protected national Parc.
This is also the area where the wineries of de Penedes area start. A visit to one of the champagne (Cava) cellars in the area of St. Sadurni de Noia is almost obligatory when visiting this area!
Codorniu, Freixenet and various Wine producers have daily tours. Very interesting Don't drink too much!
