About the home

This amazing property is situated on the 17th floor in an exclusive and high-end area of Barcelona, along the shoreline in Diagonal Mar. You can enjoy amazing sea and city views and of course the beach.

This is a 3 bedroom apartment; the master bedroom has built in closet and is en suite with hydro massage bathtub and shower. The other two bedrooms are twin and also have access to the terrace. The second bathroom is also completely modern and has walk- in shower. The fully equipped kitchen has fridge, freezer, glass-top stove and oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher. Sleek yet comfortable, you can´t resist but wanting to spend time in the living room with leather sofa, coffee table and dining area. The interior respects the stunning views through the understated elegance of the furnishings.

The apartment has Wifi internet connection throughout, satellite TV, DVD and stereo. There is an elevator in the building and bed linens and towels are provided for each guest in the apartment. Facilities include hot/cool AC, safety deposit box, intercom, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, electric kettle, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, toaster and microwave and phone landline with free calls to other national landlines.

Sit back and relax on the wrap-around 60m2 terrace and take in the views. Within minutes in a taxi or on the metro you will find yourself in the centre of Barcelona where you can take in the sights such as Las Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya and Paseo de Gracia.
