About the home

A modern Villa over 2 floors located in the mountains overlooking Sitges. The beautiful mountain rock is exposed and incorporated into the walls of part of the Villa and looks truly stunning. There is more than 180 square foot of living space plus amazing sun terraces (all with sea views). The Villa has fully equipped kitchen with living/dining room in open design.
The normal price = 4 bedrooms = Capacity 8 persons (+ optional 4 extra beds + one extra bedroom, extra charged), 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub, private pool and your own entrance.

The pool and pool terrace is private. The Villa Sunlight is situated high up with a fantastic sea view over Mediterranean and SITGES village in a very nice and quiet area just 20 min walking to Sitgescentre/beaches (7 min with bus/car with bus stop next door) and 30-45 min to Barcelona with train/car.

Notice: In July & Aug 2012 the villa could be extended up to 100 sqm including 3 extra bedrooms, extra livingspace + extra terraces and with capacity up to 14 persons (+ 4 extra beds) To have this extra capacity the specialprice = 2 995 EUR/week.(Normalprice = 3990 EUR/week)

The Villa Sunlight is beautifully situated high up with a wonderful sea view. There are fans in every room and the lovely sea breeze is coming every day. In wintertime its also heated with gas radiators and with a cosy fire stove.

Sunroom - Beautiful room with sea view (2 single beds can be put together for a double bed)
Earthroom - Big wonderful cosy room with the lovely mountain walls incorporated inside (2 single beds - can be put together for a double bed)
Waterroom - Wonderful cosy room with the lovely mountain walls incorporated inside (2 single )
Windroom - Small beautiful room with access to sunterrace with wonderful sea views (1 douuble sofabed =115 cm)

Extra room and 4 xbeds available if requested for an additional charge.

Further details outdoors:
The Villa has lots of lovely sun terraces with furniture and a private pool (8m x 3m) with views to the sea. The pool is surrounded with wild wonderful smell of pine trees including a barbeque area with table and seats.
The pool is private and nature steps upto the pool. The house has stairs and no elevator .

We provide you with information on activities etc in the area. We always give nice welcoming with "cava" spanish champagne and personal information of all the good restaurants, bars and best Sitges/Barcelona, sightseeing etc.

We can on request offer you private; wineyard excursions, homemade meals/catering, golf and stay in shape/yoga sessions at the Villa.

Further details

Minimum 3 days staying. Saturdays or sundays are normally the day of changeover. You have the house until 11 hours and access to the house after 15.00pm. Discounts available for more than 1 week requests. Cleaning fee +85 EUR/stay.

Conditions

Booking must be made by email and a 30% deposit is required in advance to secure the booking. The balance is to be paid in cash on the arrival day or transfered into a bank account or Paypal (+3%).
A deposit of 100 euros (in case of damages) is required on arrival.
