Villa Sun for You: The house is completely new (2007) and it is divided into 2 independent units with 3 floors, built into the mountain. The beautiful mountain rock is exposed and incorporated into the walls of the house,and looks truly stunning. The second and third floors are available for activities and the rooms and entire house is available to let; with 180 sq.m. living area + 140 sq.m. amazing sunterraces (with sea views) and the house has a separate entrance: with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, 4 bedrooms = Capacity 8 persons = 7 beds (+ 5 extra beds and with an extra room if requested), 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub, private pool and your own entrance. All this wonderful space is separate and independent to the first floor where the owners lives with a peaceful dog. The house has stairs and no elevator. The pool and pool terrace is shared with the first floor.
The house Villa Sun for You is situated high up with a fantastic seaview over Mediterranean and SITGES village in a very nice and quiet area just 20 min walking to Sitgescentre/beaches (7 min with bus/car with bus stop next door) and 30-45 min to Barcelona with train/car. The house have stairs and no elevator.

Further details indoors: The house is beautifully situated high up with a wonderful seaview. There are fans in every room and the lovely seabreeze is coming every day. In wintertime its also heated with gas radiators and with a cosy fire stove.

Further details outdoors: The house has lots of lovely sunterraces with furniture and a private pool (8m x 3m) on the top of everything. The pool is surrounded with wild wonderful smell of pine trees including a barbeque area with table and seats. The pool is private. The house have stairs and no elevator. The whole house is surrounded by a fence.
We could offer you different kinds of activities in or outside the house: yoga, Qi-Gong, Mediterranean cooking, guided vineyards excursions and boat trips etc. The house owners invite all guests to join (for free) the morning warm up base on easy yoga/meditation exercises. Normally every working day 8.30-9.15. Lunch/dinner can be served if it’s requested. We always give personal information of the good restaurants, bars and best Sitges/Barcelona, sightseeing etc.
Minimum 3 days staying. Saturdays are normally the day of changeover. You got the house until 11 hours and access to the house at 14 hours. For staying longer than 1 week we always give discount!
Conditions
Booking must be made by email and a 30% is paid in advance to have the final booking. The rest is to be paid upon in cash, on the arrival day or on a bank account. One deposit of 100 euros (in case of damages) on arrival.
