The guests were polite and friendly but unfortunately brought 2 cars
We have a parking place for one car and as a goodwill gesture offered some extra parking permits to assist the clients
The clients asked for even more parking permits which were unable to provide.There is a pay & display parking zone in close proximity to the apartment for additional vehicles.

The clients were offered alternative accommodation to the originally requested apartment ,the dates that the client preferred were not available and had already been booked as it was during a very busy period , our company made every effort to provide a very comfortable and clean apartment ,which is favoured by many returning customers.
The owner of the apartment is a very discerning man who only provides the best furnishings and bed linen and is very particular.
Soundlets are a professional and conscientious company who pride themselves in providing clean and comfortable accommodation with modern , stylish furnishings with 100% cotton bedding.
The apartment is cleaned spotlessly every week by professional cleaners who have worked for the company for may years and have been very insulted and upset.
The clients herself seemed to be a lovely lady but unfortunately her partner was very rude and insulting.
We have noted that the clients have made a habit of writing bad reviews on other accommodation that they have stayed in on Trip advisor.
The customer was given clear and concise directions which previous clients have successfully followed on many occasions including overseas visitors to the city.
The clients are always advised to call myself when they are 10 minutes away from Plymouth on this occasion the client did not call.
The Housekeeper prepared the apartment in the morning and we were awaiting their call.
We have several phone lines and no one called or left a message.
The Housekeeper made every effort to help the client by waiting at the apartment with the keys to meet & greet them.
I was waiting for the clients all afternoon.
The apartment block is managed by a very good company and is cleaned and maintained to a very high standard.
Eventually the client called hurling abuse over the phone and was extremely rude.He claimed that they had been sent the wrong directions which was totally untrue.
I would advise other apartment owners to be wary of accepting a booking from this gentleman.
It would be a shame if other clients were put off by this review as it is a really lovely apartment and very good value with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms & free private parking & wifi close to the shops, Barbican and Hoe.
