Bansko is the leading ski and snowboard resort in South Eastern Europe with over 70 Km of ski runs and has been chosen to hold a number of future World Cup Events. There are more than 160 snow cannons ensuring there is snow coverage form December to May, with facilities and low prices to impress any skier compared to the Alps.
There are many winter and summer recreational opportunities in the area: hiking, climbing, horse ridding, cycling, fishing, paragliding and white water rafting to just name a few.
