Our apartment is on the 2nd floor of a brand new development, situated on Pirin Street 100m up from the Kempinski Hotel and less than 5 minutes walk to the gondola station.
Apartment B24 is a luxurious furnished one bedroomed property. The lounge has a double bed settee so making the apartment ideal for 4 holidaymakers. The apartment is equipped with all you might need for a self catering holiday. Both lounge and bedroom have balconies, giving fantastic views over the town and the Rhodope mountains. The apartment benefits from being away from the hustle and bustle of town yet is only a 10 min stroll to the town centre and night life. Exclusive bars and restaurants within 2 min walk.
The complex benefits from 24-hour reception/security. On the ground floor of the building you will find a superb swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Ideal for relaxing after a busy day skiing, sightseeing or hiking. Our apartment benefits from having its own dedicated ski locker situated in the basement of the complex.

The Pirin/Rhodope Mountains region
Bansko is situated between the Pirin and Rhodope mountains, it is at the foot of the Pirin National Park. The town experiences heavy snow falls from November to April. The ski runs are reached by Gondola up to 1600m and ski lifts to over 2500m. There is reliable snow cover for up to 5 months of the year and the resort is equipped with numerous snow canons to ensure optimum skiing conditions through the season. There are 70km of pistes with 11 red, 8 blue and 3 black runs. It is possible to ski all the way down to Bansko town, a ski run of 16km from the summit.
Bansko summers are very warm and sunny so ideal for a wide range of outdoor activities including fishing, hiking, horse riding, quad biking and white water rafting. Discounts with local ski hire shop and excursions are available. There is a golf resort approximately 15 minutes away from the town. There are about 250 sunny days a year.
Bansko area
Bansko is a very beautiful and traditional town. It has many very good restaurants who will welcome children of all ages. The catering within the town is varied. Whilst there are many local Bulgarian style restaurants there are many who cater for different tastes. Pizzas, burgers, pasta meals are all widely available. Although beef is expensive in Bulgaria the pork and chicken dishes are second to none. For the more lively there are a number of late night establishments that offer a heady mix of music and dancing.
Bansko is ideally situated for those who do not wish to take advantage of the winter skiing. During the spring and summer months the area is warm and sunny. The area is on the edge of a National Park giving an ideal opportunity for hiking (guided or not) bird watching, fishing, quad biking and white water rafting. Bansko is also only about 15 minutes away from a golf resort.
How to get there
Easy Jet and Wizz Air offer budget flights to Sofia. From there we can either arrange a taxi straight to the apartment this will cost approximately €80 one way for up to 4 people. Or you can ask us to arrange a taxi to the Central Bus Station where you can hop on a bus straight to Bansko. This costs approximately 14 leva/£5.00 one way. When at the bus station you can get a taxi to Mountain View which will cost about 10 leva/£4.50.

Deposits of 20% to be made if bookings are made 4 weeks or more before travelling. Full price to be paid 2 weeks before travelling.
Prices are per week with the apartment being rented on a weekly basis starting on a Saturday. If you have other requirements please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
£100 deposit payable on arrival and returned on departure should there be no breakages or damages.
The apartment comes with a free of charge ski locker.
The use of the swimming pool, saunas, jacuzzi and gym are included within the rental price of the apartment.
Laundry facilities are available as are use of cots or high chairs at a small extra charge.
