About the home

Spacious self-catering studio to sleep 2. Fully fitted & equipped kitchen. 2 Very comfortable beds can be made as a double. TV & DVD Player, satellite TV. Private balcony with table & chairs. Accommodation for group bookings can be arranged., from Studios to 1 bed apartments. All reasonably priced. Enables you to have your own privacy at the end of the day and not queuing for the bathroom in the morning! Welcome food packs can be arranged. Restaurants and bars available locally and at Pirin Golf downtown.

Apartment situated very close to the hotel and all the facilities. own car parking space right outside the apartment if you have hired your own car.

The Pirin/Rhodope Mountains region

The Pirin Mountains have been recognised as an area of outstanding natural beauty by Unesco who have designated them a World Heritage site, an accolade only bestowed on 112 locations around the globe. This egion is an ideal place for both winter and summer.

The summer climate peaks at just above 30 deg C, a good temperature for outdoor activities or lounging around the pool.

The Bansko / Aspen Golf area

The resort of Bansko is located between the Pirin, Rila & Rhodope Mountain ranges and it is a great combination of the new & old, which makes for an enjoyable and varied holiday experience.

Winter - Bansko is the most rapidly developing ski resort in Bulgaria. There are 14 pistes extending 65km. The skiing conditions are excellent and the ski season is usually mid December to end of April. The slopes offer runs and tracks for all types of skiers, from starters to experts. There is an excellent ski school for all levels. Bansko is gaining popularity with snowboarders who are provided with a half-pipe facility.

Summer - activities include - Mountain Biking, Many walks in and around the Pirin Mountains to suit all abilities. Rafting - White water rafting or something a little more leisurely. Horse riding, Mountaineering. Bansko is a small town packed with history and atmosphere and it offers both enjoyment for a winter and summer vacation. It is an all year round resort.

Easy Jet. & Wizz Air are the low cost airlines that fly into Sofia Airport. Bansko is just 2.5hrs form Sofia.

Transfers can be arranged to pick you up from the airport and do the return journey at the end of your stay. Car Hire is available from the airport Europcar hire.

A car is not necessary once you are in Bansko as there is a daily shuttle bus From Aspen Golf to the Gondola station. For a late night in town there are regular taxis available.

We are back safely and had a fab time!!

Your apartment is amazing very homely and comfy. It had everything we needed and
more.

We had loads of snow and adventures with flat car battery. The staff where very
helpful and got the car going.

It was good to see the place taking shape with more guests around than when we
visited 2 years ago.

I'm travelling back from Sunny Beach into Sofia this evening so you should get this by the weekend? Overall Marcus and myself had a fantastic time at Aspen Golf and really enjoyed hiring the mountain bikes. Although it was extremely hot in July and tiring we managed to cycle from Razlog, into Bansko and then as close to the
top of the mountain as possible. We budgeted and struggled to spend £10 a day, which really helped us for
when we visited Sunny Beach in our third week. We made use of Pirin Golf and had food at the European restaurant and also Pirin Residence, both restaurants had fantastic services and the food was great.
We used the gym every other day and relaxed by the pool and were very impressed with the grounds on the complex.
I thought the apartment was very spacious when we arrived and had everything we needed. I will definitely be recommending Aspen Golf to family and friends. Good luck for the rentals this Ski Season
