We can arrange your transfers / car hire for you. We can provide Maid, Linen & Babysitting services. Our management will meet you upon your arrival. They are on hand 24/7 in Bansko and look after our clients personally. So a lift to the supermarket or slopes is never a problem and only a phone-call away!

The Pirin/Rhodope Mountains region

Bansko / Gramadeto area

The town of Bansko is open all year, it is full of quaint historic buildings. The beautiful church dominates the main square which holds a jazz festival in the summer months.

Bansko Jazz Festival - This highly popular festival takes place each August and is internationally renowned. It usually takes places from the 8th to the 13th and is one of Bulgaria’s largest and most prestigious music events.

Bansko has many traditional Bulgarian restaurants along with western restaurants to cater for all tastes at a fraction of UK prices. Banks, shops, ice skating, 10 pin bowling, swimming and mountain biking and a lively nightlife are all available locally


How to get there

We are happy to advise you on all aspects of your travel arrangements to Bansko from flights, transfers, car hire, ski-school and childcare!

The closest airport is Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, and is approx. 2.5 hours drive fromf Bansko. We suggest a private transfer/ minibus is probably the best option, which we are happy to arrange on your behalf.

The cost for this is approximately £25 per person return. Taxis are always available at the airport, but please make sure you agree a price first. There are also buses from Sofia Bus Station but only during the day (very cheap, 10 leva each one way).

The apartment is located by stairs or LIFT on the 3rd floor.

Light and airy master bedroom tastefully furnished for a relaxing atmosphere with KINGSIZE BED, double wardrobe, mirror, table/chair bedside drawers & en-suite.

Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds, double wardrobe, mirror, table/chair,bedside drawers. These beds can easily be pushed together to form a double bed.

Comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge. There is also the use of a proper fold away zedbed which can be used in the second bedroom or in the lounge.

Relax in the bath in the main bathroom, shower, wc, washbasin and large heated towel rail.

Large entrance hallway, mirror and plenty of space to hang your ski wear and put down your skiis etc knowing they are kept away in a safe place.

Spacious open plan lounge/diner with dining table and 6 chairs, TV, DVD surround system, coffee table, door to sunny balcony for stunning views of the Pirin mountains, perfect for reading and relaxing with a glass of wine.

A modern kitchen includes 4 hob cooker with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave etc, excellently equipped with all you need from making a quick snack to formal dining.

The apartment is fully cleaned prior to your arrival, beautiful linen and soft towels are included + mid week clean can be arranged. Also welcome packs can be ordered.

Accommodation is fully heated in the winter and cool in the summer and is suitable for couples, friends and families.

For your information pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted indoors, however, ashtrays have been provided for use on the balcony off the lounge.

For your peace of mind, fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, front door viewer and chain have been fitted.

Prespa is made up of 5 blocks, ABCD&E. The main facilities are located in Block A where the apartment is situated, so there is no need to have to get togged up and venture outdoors to the facilitiy block and believe me this is worth confirming prior to making any booking!
Facilities include steam, sauna, gym & pool, please ask for more details.

Ski lockers are located on the ground floor or instead for a small charge you can leave your skis next door to the gondola!

Please note this deposit will not be used against any minor damage such as broken glassware or crockery etc. UK residents deposit will be returned within 7 days via cheque in the post.
