Bansko is the newest and the most rapidly developing ski resort in Bulgaria so with this 1 bedroom apartment situated only 300 meters from the town centre this is the perfect place to spend your winter ski holiday.
You will be greeted on arrival by our local representative who will see to it that you have an enjoyable stay.
The area is famous for its cuisine and various entertainment and offers a host of bars, mehanas and nighclubs to suit all ages.

The Pirin/Rhodope Mountains region
The Bansko mountain resort is situated in Southwestern Bulgaria at the foothills of one of the most beautiful Bulgarian mountains - Pirin, which is a National Reserve, included in the UNESCO World Heritage site. The skiing conditions are excellent with the Pirin Mountain having predominantly Alpine character with 3 peaks towering above 2900m. The slopes offer runs for all types of skier from novice to expert. There are 14 pistes totalling 65km including a 16km run plus cross country and off piste skiing. The Bansko Ski School is a very good one with ski classes in 5 difficulty levels and children above the age of 6 can attend ski school.
Bansko / Vihren Complex area
Bansko is not only a great ski resort, but it is the host of traditional Summer Jazz Festival, Bulgarian Folk Festival and many other cultural events during the summer making this the ideal summer holiday for those who prefer much more than lazing around.
Few countries can rival Bulgaria's superb mountain scenery. In summer hiking is popular and Bansko's natural beauty and the rich diversity of fauna and flora are a natural asset. Local companies can organise trips in the mountains e.g. white water rafting, canoeing or paragliding but for those who just want to wander around the old town and soak up the national heratige this is a perfect place with museums, local monuments and narrow cobbled streets where you can explore and buy souvenirs from local shops or just relax in one of the local bars or cafe's.

It costs approximately £14 per day including unlimited miles and full insurance. Both companies also offer a cheap chauffeur driven transfer service for those not wishing to drive. . * We can also arrange inexpensive transfers (approx £35 / person return) * There is a regular public bus service from Sofia to Bansko (3hrs) * There are many car hire companies operating from Sofia together with local taxi's operating to / from Sofia Airport.
