Come and stay in our Beautiful 1 bed Penthouse (which can sleep 5) in the Mountain Dream Complex, it is located in a “PREMIER LOCATION IN THE PIRIN NATIONAL PARK”. This is one of few complexes which are located within the National Park offering spectacular views and the clean Mountain Air and it is unique in the fact that you can “SKI ON SKI OFF” from the complex making it a fantastic location being close to all amenities but nestled within the Trees of the National Park.

The Apartment has central heating and a real log burning fire to make cozy nights in. It is only 5 minutes walk from the gondola lift station, and 10 minutes walk from the old town of Bansko and during the ski season there are regular shuttle services from the complex to and from the Gondola. The apartment benefits from 1 furnished balcony accessed from both the Sitting Room and the Main bedroom with views of the Pirin and Rhodope mountains This complex of 123 apartments which adjoins the Mountain Dream Hotel has 24hr concierge , private secure parking, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, gym, ski boot wardrobe,indoor swimming pool under glass roof, 2 restaurants (1 in the Hotel and 1 exclusively for the Apartments), 2 bars and Full Spa Facilities at the Hotel Spa.

Bansko is a resort which is developing at a fast pace. It provides sports opportunities for the skiers, for the snowboarders, for the extreme sports, biathlon and cross - country skiing.

For extreme skiers Bansko ski zone offers the so called fun - park zone.
A bonus for the skier is the 7 kilometers long lighted ski - road between Banderishka polyana and the town. Some of the pistes offer wonderful conditions for night skiing, which is available for everyone from 18.30 until 21.30.

Snow boarders can enjoy the first on the Balkans fun - Park. It offers the option to ski over present artificial bumps and jumps as well as to build those on their own. Also, the half -pipe located by the place where Bansko’s famous snow towers are usually built, offers both skiers and snowboarders an arena to boast their latest tricks. Bansko offers great variety of ski pistes that can satisfy everyone's tastes and abilities. The highest ski piste is on 2600 meters above the sea level and 990m.

The parents will find just the right conditions for their small ones. Nursery and Ski school give attentive and adept care to children and teenager, ensuring not only many positive emotions but also a decisive ski ability improvement over just a couple of days.
No one has to bother about not having the right ski or board equipment on arrival – the wardrobes located at the lower and upper Gondola lift stations are best equipped with everything ski and snowboard fans may need - 3500 pairs of ski and more than 670 boards of all sizes.

£100 cash security deposit or equivalent currency will be required on arrival in cash (Euro, Lev or GBP) and will be returned on departure providing the apartment is in good order.
For late night arrivals / departures "out of hours" a £15 call out fee will apply payable locally.
£20 if both is required (arrive late and leave early within the same booking) (This will apply from 6pm - 8:30am)
Cancellations:
29 – 56 days before arrival date – 60% of rental fee refunded
15 to 28 days before arrival date – 30% of rental fee refunded
0 to 14 days before arrival date – NO REFUND

Booking not confirmed until deposit paid along with signed Booking Contract
Full Balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to departure
