For a great holiday in Bansko you have found the perfect place to stay, this apartment has great rates, the location is fantastic, and the apartment has everthing you need to have a great holiday.

What makes our apartment quite unique is you are able to access the blue ski run that takes you to the Gondola,this is a mere 100m away. So you can ski down to the Gondola and then, after a great day skiing, ski to within 100m of your apartment. A genuine ski on - ski off apartment!

For summer come and enjoy the mountains on a mountain bike there are many trails you can follow, you can even take the gondola to the top and then cycle down! There is so much to do in the summer months, the jazz festival is in August and you can try quad biking and white water rafting too.

We offer a home from home experience with all those little extras to make your stay in Bansko that little bit extra special.This apartment is one of the largest one bedroom apartments within Bankso (approx 76sqm) hence there is plenty of living accommodation and storage.

This Luxury spacious one bedroom apartment will sleep four, and is only a five minute ski to the gondola station, as you can use the short cut to the ski road and ski down to the gondola.

The apartment is well equipped for all your needs,and there'sone of the best mehana's in Bansko (Motikita) only 200 mtrs away. The design and quality of the furnishings make this apartment superior in terms of comfort with all the amenities to cater for all your needs during your stay.

The apartment is stylish with a fully equipped kitchen including electric hob and oven. fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, toasted sandwich maker,utensils, table and four chairs. The comfortable lounge has a log fire, TV , I pod docking station and a DVD player with a selection of DVDs, a three seater sofa bed and chair. There is a door leading to the balcony with views of the Rila mountains.

The large bedroom has two single beds with bedside cabinets a tripple wardrobe, dressing table, hairdryer and a door leading to the balcony.

The complex has a lounge/bar area with plasma tv's, sauna, steam room and gym.(at a cost)

The Pirin/Rhodope Mountains region

The Pirin national park is recognised as a site of world importance and is protected by the world cultural and natural heritage. The Perin mountain has a Alpine character with three peaks towering above 2900mtrs, the ski runs offer tracks for all levels of skiers.

In summer the mountains are ideal for walking, biking, horse riding and most out door pursuits, the surrounding areas of Bansko are worth a visit for their beauty and history.

The Bansko area

Bansko is a beautiful historic mountain town, it enjoys long winters and beautiful summers.It is a ski resort that hosts the womens and mens down hill championship, snowboarding championships. In summer they hold the jazz festival and Bulgarian folk festival.

The town has many great mehans offering local atmosphere with good food and excellent wine, there are numerous bars and clubs to choose that are open till the late hours.
