Bansko is the all new Bulgarian ski resort and is a serious contender for forthcoming winter olympics skiers of all abilities have discovered this excellent resort, summer tourists find the walking and outdoor pursuits enjoyable.

Bansko is situated in south western Bulgaria at the foothills of the beautiful Pirin Mountains in the Pirin national park part of the World natural heritage list.
