Fantastic 2 bedroom apartment ,superbly located approx.100m from the gondola lift station.The Bansko Royal Towers is a 5* development with luxurious facilities.Our apartment is homely and spacious and includes 2 good sized bedrooms ,a large lounge /dining area and benefits from a well equipped kitchen area.It has a shower room with w.c. and a second w.c. room.There is a very large balcony leading from the lounge with outstanding views of the Pirin and Rila mountains! Our apartment is in a prime location for a quality Winter ski holiday or a Summer walking holiday.It is idealy located being so close to the gondola station and just a short 5 minute walk from the Old Medieval Town where you can find an excellent range of traditional restaurants (Mehanas) and bars.

The Pirin/Rhodope Mountains region
Bansko offers all year round fun and enjoyment for people of all ages.Ski in the beautiful Pirin mountains or enjoy the picturesque summer walking in this UNESCO world Heritage Site. Also you can enjoy the new Ian Woosnam golf course. Millions of Euros has been invested into making Bansko the best ski resort in Eastern Europe, including modern ski lifts,a handsfree electronic pass system, many snow canons and well groomed pistes.There is also good offpiste skiing for those wishing to try something a little more daring. There is at the moment about 65km of piste including a 7km floodlit run down to the town. Cross country skiing and good snowboarding facilities, with half pipe. There are many good English speaking Ski Schools to choose from for skiers of all levels. Ski season is usually from about Mid December to late April. Apres ski is well caterred for in the many Bars,Night clubs and restaurants.

Bansko is a fun place all year round with skiing in the winter and pictureque mountain walks with Lakes and mountain biking in the summer.One of Europes largest jazz festivals and a Bulgarian folk festival take place in the summer.There is a Golf Course that has been designed by Ian Woosnam, just a few km out of town.The Bansko Royal Towers is in a prime location, being so close to the Gondola Station and also the local amenities.Just about anything you want to do in the area is just a stones throw away.
How to get there
Flights to Sofia are getting more and more frequent from British airports. Bargains can be found with: British Airways, (www.ba.com) Bulgaria Air, (www.bulgariaair.com) Wizzair, (www.wizzair.com) A taxi transfer from Sofia Airport to Bansko costs approximately 70-80 Euros each way or about 140-150 return and takes about 2hrs . We can arrange transfer for you at no extra cost. Coaches also run from Sofia to Bansko.

There is a T.V with a 16 Channel cable package, DVD player. A Huge balcony with lovely views of the Pirin and Rila Mountains, with cafe style table and chairs. An Oak Dining table and chairs for comfortable formal dining. A well equipped kitchen area consisting of a 2 ring Halogen hob, Combination Grill/Microwave, Fridge with small freezer compartment, Toaster and Kettle. The Main Bedroom has a double bed, 2 beside tables with lamps,wardrobe,chest of drawers and is fully carpeted. The Second Bedroom has 2 single beds, 2 bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers and is fully carpeted. There is a spacious showerroom with W.C and a second W.C room (Towels are provided).
Further details outdoors: Our Guests have free use of all of the facilities in the complex ( with the exception of treatments). There is a n Indoor Heated Swimming pool and childs pool, 2 poolside Jacuzzi/Hot Tubs, 2 Large Saunas, a Large Steamroom,Turkish Bath,Spa Mineral bath,Massage facilities available. There are 3 Restaurants, a well stocked Bar with Sky Sports and an area to sit, have a drink and enjoy the beautiful view of the Pirin Mountains. There is a Rossignol Ski shop on site with free to our Guests, a Heated Ski Locker to leave your boots and skis overnight. There is also a Bank with cash machine. The Complex has 24Hr Security and a reception area.

Conditions
Strictly No Smoking anywhere in the apartment, except on balcony. A refundable breakage deposit of £150 will be required prior to your arrival.To be returned within 14 days of departure (subject to satisfactuary property inspection.) A 25% non refundable deposit will be required upon booking the apartment and the balance to be paid in full, 8 weeks before arrival.
