Bansko town centre is a World Heritage site with quaint cobbled streets and lots of ‘mehanas’ (traditional taverna style restaurants), serving Bulgarian cuisine, many with log fires and live entertainment. They are cosy, child friendly and fantastic value!

Summer activities include mountain biking, horseriding, walking and fishing in the Pirin National Park. 5 minutes drive to a wonderful outdoor spa swimming pool at Dobrinishte. Golf at the new Ian Woosnam designed golf course. Jazz and folk festivals. Ideal sightseeing base for the Pirin and Rila mountain range e.g. Rila Monastery, Melnik, Rozhen Monastery, Sandanski Spa Health resort, Belitsa Bear park.

The apartment is a large (80sqm) one bed flat with two balconies overlooking the ski run Pirin and Rhodope mountains. It is tastefully furnished with solid traditional (but modern looking) wooden furniture, to give that extra cosy feel. Just what you need after a day's skiing! The central heating makes sure your apartment will give you a warm welcome. The apartment is situated on the third floor of the complex which has a lift.

Swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym and cafe in the basement. Reception area. Massage treatments.

The apartment is just 5 minutes walk away from the main resort centre 'Pirin Street' where you will find lots of traditional restaurants serving Bulgarian dishes as well as pizza's and other more familiar cuisine. Also within 5 minutes walk of the apartment is the brand new oudoor ice rink, state of the art ten pin bowling alley and casino.

ALSO AVAILABLE, ONE BED APARTMENT IN ARBANASSI (see link below), BULGARIA'S MOST PICTURESQUE VILLAGE, 1 mile from the cosmopolitan ancient capital of Veliko Turnovo. Why not combine a visit to the beautiful Pirin Mountains in Spring/ summer with a visit to Arbanassi/Veliko Turnovo, Sofia and the Black Sea (accommodation, details and iterinary available on request). Makes for a unique 2 week Bulgarian experience! .

“Cosy, comfortable and very convenient for the gondola” It was our 3-rd time in Bansko and I must say that this was the nicest appartment of all - very cosy and very well situated. We appreciated all the music and games - we had fun playing some of the games. We appreciated also the general infos gathered for the guests. Karen (management company) was very nice too. She welcomed us extremely friendly and showed us the apartment."

"We had an absolutely wonderful time. Everything worked really well and all your tips were used and very helpful. The taxi was on time and driver very pleasant and helpful. Ski hire from Ski Mania was also very good in service and friendliness. The apartment was great, there was everything we could need and we felt very comfortable. Karen was very helpful and on time. The people at the reception desk were nice and friendly too. We used the sauna and hot tub everyday and everything was clean and well kept. Location from the slopes and town was perfect, far enough away from the noise, when we wanted to go to bed, but close enough so that everything was accessable. Overall a wonderful experience and we would definitely think about going back to Bansko again.
