The Belvedere Holiday Club is situated at the base of the Perrin Mountain and is within 500 meters of the gondola.

Activities off site in the winter: Skiing, ice-skating, and great apres ski.

All year round: The Belvedere Holiday Club is situated within easy walking distance from the old town including local markets, restaurants and bars.

The Monastery of Saint John of Rila. Founded in the 10th century, the Rila Monastery is regarded as one of Bulgaria's most important cultural, historical and architectural monuments.

Belitsa - The Dancing Bears Rehabilitation Park. The Dancing Bears Rehabilitation Park Belitsa is located in an idyllic region some 30km from Bansko.

Bezbog is one of the most picturesque mountain peaks in Bulgaria.

A trek up to Vihren Peak will take you past beautiful glacier lakes, and the Baikushev white fir, at 1300 yrs old, one of the oldest known trees.

Additional information about rental rates
•All prices are in Pounds, per night, based on:
2-bedroom apartment - 4 persons regular bed + 2 persons extra bed;
Guests of the hotel can use outdoor and indoor swimming pool and sunbeds by the pool, Internet access and parking lot, and transport to the Gondola lift, for free.
•A £100 security deposit will be required at the time of booking, and returned within two weeks of vacating the premises.
•Winter season cancellations: Cancellations can be made, providing details and prior to check-in time on the day of arrival, at least 15 days before arrival; Cancellation for New Year period is 31 days before arrival !!! Cancellations made after this period will incur a penalty fee, equivalent to the cost of 3 nights' accommodation and catering for Middle and Low Season and 100 % penalty for New Year Period.

The local Old Town has a very unusual church that is highly recommended for a visit. There is a market in the town most weeks full of highly unusual atrifacts.

Flights to Sofia via Luton on WizzAir. From Gatwick on Easyjet. From Heathrow on British Airways.
Transfer from Sofia to Bansko by taxi takes approximately 2 1/2 hours and costs around £65 for three people each way. We use www.axemandiscovery.com, but there are plenty of operators to choose from.
