The Casa Milla 9 apartment is located in the All Seasons resort of Bansko in Bulgaria. It is part of a low-rise development of 15 beautiful apartments, sympathetically designed in the local style. Casa Milla will run its own shuttle bus, but is just 10 minutes walk from the new Gondola lift, which takes skiers and snowboarders to the pistes above the town.
Casa Milla 9 has stunning views of both the Pirin and Rila mountain ranges, which are perfect for hiking and other such outdoor activities in the summer months. The development is only 5 minutes walk away from the centre of the old town, which boasts numerous historical monuments and tourist attractions.
The one bedroom apartment will comfortably accommodate 4 people and includes one double bedroom, an open plan living room with double sofa bed, a dining area and log fireplace, a spacious bathroom with shower cabin and two private balconies. The apartment has an individual and fully equipped kitchen including a large fridge/freezer, 4-ring hob, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster plus all the crockery and utensils suitable for preparing your own meals.
A TV set with satellite channels and a multi-region DVD player is provided. Along with a hi-fi, iron with ironing board, vacuum cleaner, fire alarm system and private ski locker. For an additional charge, a direct telephone line and access to the Internet can be at your disposal.
The apartments are always maintained clean and tidy and in perfect condition. Professional chambermaids clean. Linen and towels provided.

The Pirin/Rhodope Mountains region
Bansko is situated in the foothills of one of Bulgaria’s most beautiful mountain ranges, the Pirin. Bansko town is a charming and historic place to visit. Bansko has over 350 Mehanas or taverns, which serve cheap tasty traditional Bulgarian food and drink. There is also a wide range of International restaurants and bars.
An ‘All Seasons’ mountain resort, Bansko is popular with hikers and climbers but is most famous for its winter sports. The resort offers first-class ski facilities and excellent ski conditions maintained by approx 44 snow cannons. Chipped ski cards make for fast and easy access to the ski lifts and there are over 65kms of tracks and 17 groomed runs ideal for both skiers and boarders. There are plenty of places to hire equipment or even buy your own with a multitude of winter sports shops around the town.
6km away the town of Banya offers a large outdoor heated mineral pool and also Europes hottest and Bulgaria's only Geyser which erupts every 10 mins. A 40 min drive will bring you to the town of Belitsa where the Dancing Bear Reserve is located here you will be able to see the brown bear in its natural habitat. 30km away is the Rila monastery which has fascinated visitors for hundreds of years with its magnificent frescoes and wood carvings.

New Year in Bansko sees the skies lit up with fireworks, throughout the winter season championship skiing competitions are held on the mountain and the snow park with Banskos snow towers are created. In the summer the festival of roses celebrates Bulgarias famous rose oil.
