Bansko has received immense press coverage over the last couple of years and it is easy to see why. Knights lodge is only 5 minutes walk to the brand new Gondola and also only 5 minutes to all the fantastic local bars and restaurants. There is also a marvellous Irish restaurant/bar in the Knights Lodge Complex - which is rated as one of the best bars in Bansko. Knights Lodge is a first class location with first class facilities including jacuzzi, sauna, gym and the highly rated Irish Bar. The apartment itself - B11 - is furnished to an extremely high standard and is probably one of the few in Bansko which has a bath and a separate shower cubicle. A guaranteed comfortable stay in a fantastic location!!

The Pirin/Rhodope Mountains region
A fantastic location....Bankso is stunning and is a protected World Heritage Site. The mountains as you would expect are scenic to say the least - they are gorgeous - you would not be disappointed.
The pistes are kept in excellent condition and just in case of poor snow fall [unlikely in this area!] the resort has an abundant supply of snow cannons.
Our apartment is only a 5 min gentle stroll away from the impressive new state of the art Gondola. When you have finished skiing on the fantastic slopes you will also be pleased to know that the apartment is not only 5 mins gentle stroll from the gondola but also only a 5 min gentle stroll from the centre of town.
Hence, in my opinion our apartment is in a great location - short walk to the great skiing and also a short walk to the great apres skiing!
During the summer months Bansko is a paradise for those who enjoy walking and admiring the breath taking scenery - likewise there are numerous spas in close vicinity - along with mountain biking, horse riding and the breath taking Rila Monastery.
A brand new Ian Woosnam Golf Course has recently been opened in Bansko - a stunning location with the back drop of the mountains.
There you have it - I have not downloaded numerous information sites. This description is in my words entirely ....I have fallen in love with this place and I am sure you would to.
Fantastic prices, accommodation, food, beer, skiing and summer activities....what more could you want. Over the past four years my family [my wife and Three Young Children] have had the best family holidays, skiing and staying in our extremely comfortable apartment - a really great holiday without question!!

2.5 hours from Sofia Airport.
Cheap flights available from British Airways, Wizz Air and Air Bulgaria.
Transfer from the airport can be arranged by contacting the owner along with Ski passes etc.

This is a lovely 2 Bedroom Apartment very close to the Gondola - only 4 mins gentle stroll at a very competitive rate. Probably the best on offer - I am realsitic wanting to rent the apartment just to cover my costs.
You will not be disappointed by the location or the quality and comfort of the apartment - it is a lovely!
My family love it!
