Home description

This spacious 2nd floor apartment offers luxurious accommodation sleeping four people comfortably. The apartment has wooden floors throughout and is custom fitted with hand made oak furniture and all mod cons. The property boasts 2 private balconies with great mountain views.It is ideally situated less than 400m from the main Gondola and a just 100m from the old town where one can enjoy the excellent après ski restaurants and bars.

Onsite facilities include Sauna, Jacuzzi, Solarium, Massage Room, Table Tennis and Gym. There are separate Ski Lockers for this apartment. The complex also houses a cosy Lobby Bar, ideal for apres ski drinks after a hard day on the slopes. Further facilities include Lifts, Laundry and Drying Room and Internet access.

Within close proximity of Chalet Montagne there are high quality traditional taverns offering fantastic food, and also nightclubs and bars for those seeking a livelier evening.

The Pirin/Rhodope Mountains region

Bansko is the newest and the most rapidly developing ski resorts in Bulgaria. Popular with snowborders, there is also a top class ski school for all levels of ability. Skiing aside, the town is a UNESCO World Heritage site. It consists of ancient monuments and narrow cobbled streets with stone houses with 120 cultural monuments plus museums and exhibitions. There are high quality traditional taverns offering fantastic food, but also nightclubs and bars for a livelier evening.


Bansko / Bansko Old Town area

Nestled between the Pirin, Rila and Rhodope mountain ranges, Bansko is located at the foot of the Pirin National Park, listed in the World Register of Natural Heritage. The region is famous for its cuisine and colourful folklore and offers various entertainment opportunities. The access to Bansko is convenient even in winter conditions.
Bansko is the youngest and the best developed ski resort in Bulgaria. The skiing conditions are excellent. The slopes offer runs and tracks for all types of skiers, from starters to experts, and the ski runs are maintained in excellent condition.
Bansko is a great place to visit during the warmer months from May through October. The Pirin National Park combines breath-taking views with excellent opportunities for hiking and sightseeing, including plethora of lakes, waterfalls, caves and historical sights. The town and the nearby villages are known for their healing mineral water springs, providing opportunities for rest and relaxation.

Peak weeks Christmas and New Year full payment required. Other weeks a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm booking. Thereafter the booking balance of 70% is due 28 days before arrival.

GBP 100 refundable deposit required to cover possible breakages returned on departure should everything be in order.

Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
