The Todorini Kuli (Todora Towers) is a purpose built apartment complex in the ski resort of Bansko. The complex was completed in September 2005. It is located in the heart of the town and it is at the foot of the main Gondola lift. The apartment complex blends in completely with the directly opposite 5* Kempinski Grand Arena Hotel.

The two bedroom apartment is fully furnished to a very high standard and is only 50m from the Gondola lift. The apartment is ideal for not only skiing and snow boarding holidays in the winter but also for hiking and cultural holidays in the summer. There is on the outskirt of the town a luxurious Golf course being developed. This world class facility is designed by Ian Woosnam, winner of over 44 prestigious tournaments in his illustrious career

The Pirin/Rhodope Mountains region

The region is famous for its cuisine and colourful folklore and offers various entertainment opportunities. The access to Bansko is convenient even in winter conditions. The distance to the nearest airport - the Sofia Airport - is 160 km, and is covered in just 2 hours by car.

The newest and the best developed Bulgarian winter resort, recently discovered by foreign tourists. Bansko provides an interesting combination between the virgin nature of Pirin Mountain and the atmosphere of the ancient Bulgarian small town. Bansko ski resort is situated in Southwestern Bulgaria - nestled between the Pirin, Rila and Rhodope mountain ranges. It is a climatic mountain resort with a short hot summer and long mild winter. Snow falls are abundant, providing a constant winter snow cover up to 2 m thick.

The Pirin mountain has a predominantly Alpine charachter. The skiing season along the Pirin slopes starts in the middle of December and ends in mid-April. The skiing conditions in Bansko are excellent with slopes that offer runs and tracks for all types of skiers, from novice to the experts with ski runs that are maintained in excellent condition. The resort is equipped with machines for artificial snow.

There are two major ski regions of Bansko - the lower called Chalin Valog (1,100 - 1,600 m) and the higher called Shiligarnika (1,700 - 2,500 m) - are situated above the town, on the northern slopes of the Pirin Mountains. Slalom and giant slalom runs are available in the Shiligarnika region. The total track length is 75 km with plans to expand to 95 km. A gondola lift provides convenient access from the town to the ski slopes, a further lift is planned for 2006/07 season. Bansko is also applying for the 2014 Winter Olympics.

Bansko hosts a traditional Summer Jazz Festival, a Bulgarian Folk Festival and many other cultural events during the summer.
Bansko is Bulgaria's # 1 ski resort, having the best and most modern ski centre of all Bulgarian ski resorts. During the recent years a multi-million euros investment in a brand new skiing area has been made by Yulen, the company which has the licence to run the skiing area of the resort. Bansko has the best snow record and the longest ski season (15 Dec - 15 May) of all Bulgarian ski resorts. During the last couple of years this resort is under a massive investment process both by the Bulgarian government and private sector to create one of the best skiing resort in Europe. With new super luxury hotels, holiday apartments and resort facilities being under construction right opposite the brand new Gondola, will no doubt ensure that Bansko becomes the resort with the best accommodation and skiing facilities.

Bansko has everything you would expect from a typical matured European ski resort but at a fraction of the price and offering a true alternative to the Alps. The resort of Bansko will delight any skier who appreciates well groomed slopes, up to date technology and the latest in ski and snow board equipment, all set in the beautiful surroundings of the Pirin mountains. Skiing conditions are excellent with over 50% of the slopes covered by snow cannon. The ski season starts mid December and carries on until mid may. Huge investment by the Bulgarian government and private sector into the ski resort has made Bansko the most up to date ski resort in Bulgaria boasting a total track length of 75 km with plans to expand this to 95 km by 2006/07 season.

There are planty of sceanic walks with three beautiful lakes: Moratovo, Valeavishki & Popovo.
