About the home

This penthouse apartment is arranged on two floors. There is a spacious lounge, kitchen, dining area with modern comfortable furniture, a welcoming log fire with TV/DVD and Wi-fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with four ring hob, oven and washing machine. There is a large shower room with WC on the ground floor of the apartment next to the master bedroom which has a king-size bed. Upstairs are two further bedrooms one with twin beds that can easily be made into a king-size bed and the other bedroom has two twin beds one with a trundle bed with another full size single bed underneath. There is another shower room upstairs.

This apartment comfortably sleeps nine people, there is also and option of a foldaway bed, perfect for 4 children to sleep in the three bedded room. The apartment is heated with electric heaters and real wood fire.

The apartment is accessible by lift or stair with the lift directly opposite the apartment front door.

One of the upstairs bedroom has twin beds that are designed to fit together and make a king size bed. A lot of time and effort has gone in to making this apartment a truly comfortable home from home with many little extras like books and DVDs to borrow during your stay and a fully kitted out kitchen if you fancy cooking at home.

There are numerous four and five star hotels within close proximity of Prespa with spas, including, swimming pools, gyms, saunas, jacuzzis, massages, bars and restaurants. There are small shops nearby for provisions.

The Pirin/Rhodope Mountains region

Bansko is a very popular ski resort which is now attracting major ski competitions and lots of returning visitors from Bulgaria, UK, Greece, Serbia, Macedonia, Romania, Russia and many more countries.

Holiday makers enjoy the excellent skiing, pleasant climate and the fact that Bansko is a real working town with charm not just a ski resort. In recent years more and more people are visiting in the summer time.

The weather is perfect with average temperatures of about 30 degrees from June-September and the mountains are breathtaking to explore on foot or by mountain bike or just admire from your outside pool.

The Bansko area

There is a lot to do in Bansko in both the summer and winter. During the winter skiing is most peoples way to pass the time. As well as skiing we have ice skating, skidooing, ten pin bowling, numerous spas, ice fishing, lots of great places to eat and enjoy apres ski. In the summer the choice of activities is almost endless, golf, walking, hiking, mountain biking, paint-balling, ATV's, white water rafting, canyoning, kayaking, clay pidgeon shooting, hunting, fishing and of course chilling by one of our many lovely outside swimming pools.

Our apartment is in Bansko, Bulgaria. This is an international Ski Resort in the Pirin Mountains. We are two and a half hours drive from Sofia International Airport and three hours drive from Thessaloniki in Greece. Many airlines fly here Air Bulgaria, Easy Jet, Wizz to name a few

“Warm, Comfortable and clean” We stayed for one week at prespa 3 bed duplex and found it to be excellent, clean, beautiful view with a great amount of info about the town and skiing. We would recommend it to anyone and would love to come back again!!
